I had never had Cioppino before and I thought it was the most amazing savory dish ever!!! And they served warm bread right out of their own oven. It was to die for!! After that I've ordered Cioppino in many restaurants and I've never come across any that come even near this one. Really incredible!! And the tiramisu was simply....... More

What can I say? Gail and Camillo made my 65th B day very special. First of all, you don't have to have a B day for Il Localino to make your dining experience special. I LOVE this place. I have been coming for years and have always had an awesome experience. Best food in Atlanta and best genuine friendly service!!!!

Great food and fun atmosphere. Perfect place to celebrate any occasion. We had 3 couples for a birthday celebration and had a grand time. The food, wine, and music were great. The disco ball just added the right touch to the evening. Can you tell we are all boomers?

We've been wanting to try this place since moving to ATL. This will now be our go-to place for true family owned, chef/owner from Italy, good eatin Italian food....not that new hipster stuff (I like that stuff too). I had the veal parm which was amazing (saved a piece for a leftover sammich) and my wife had a simple cheese... More

I know my Italian food and the marinara is amazing. I had the cheese ravioli and it was fresh, light and makes me want more, not because the meal was small but the flavors and fresh herbs were simply the best! Go! Then go again. Reservations recommended

This is the third time my wife and I have visited this wonderful restaurant. All three times were fabulous. First and foremost the food is all fresh and authentic Italian. Our first courses included their pasta starter and Cesear salad. Main courses included baked whole red snapper, mussels and veal with champagne sauce. All were well prepared and presented. Their... We always love to eat here when visiting Atlanta, and last night did not disappoint. We had wonderful wine, food, and fun in a totally festive atmosphere. It was rowdy, as any great Saturday night should be. Birthdays were being celebrated all around and the Valentine decorations were still going strong. The usual disco standards, crazy hats, and the funky... More

I first came to Localino two years ago. I arrived in Atlanta yesterday and decided to go to dinner there my first night. Same great service and ambience, same delicious food. There was a waiter there from Torino, can't remember his name, who was excellent. My linguine al vongole was one of the best ever. Their Parmesan, olives and bread... More

Good Italian. Hands on service by owners. Mama Gayle will take care of you. If loud and rambunctious is not your thing go somewhere else. But if you want to have fun this is the place

A real quirky spot on the west side of Atlanta, recommended to us by a local. There are 3 separate dining areas. The front is the wild and whaky spot! That's where we wanted to sit but we were not given the option!? We were put in the center dining room with the older crowd! Our waiter was warm, friendly... More
