I found my experience at this Mrs.Winners to be very pleasant and the young lady was very accommodating and had great customer service. Glad I stopped .

Haven't been to a Mrs. Winner's in a long time since many are closed down, and we were in the area so I was excited to see this one was open. What a let down. My wife and I ordered our favorite steak and cheese...biscuits and they were dry and didn't taste very good. It's not like we went after breakfast hours, it was just before 10am today (Thursday Aug 14, 2019). The cashier looked like she had been crying and just stood there and stared at my wife and I the whole time we were sitting and eating. The whole place looked like it needed a major cleaning and restoration. All of the tables were dirty, floor was dirty, bathrooms were dirty, no soap in the dispenser so not sure how employees wash their hands. What a shame. Cannot recommend and won't return.More

This is a new restaurant in the FIB area that can't get it right. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They are slow, rude, bad service and serve over cooked dried out chicken. Plan on spending several minutes in the drive thru. This is not a good 1st...impression.More
