Enjoyed this restaurant. We both ordered the jumbo crab cakes with the garlic mash potatoes. Loved it all and very flavorful. The crab cakes are loaded with crab which makes a better crab cake. They are not "jumbo" though as stated, they were on the smaller size. At least you got three of them and the dish was filling. Recommend... More

We were looking forward to trying this place in the Virginia Highlands area due to the ratings on line. Our overall experience was average. First the good stuff. The bar with a view of the kitchen was really fun. The Manhattan cocktail was well executed, the crab cakes were divine, and the "chef's salad" with blue cheese dressing and bacon... More

Ate here recently for the first time. Never est fried shrimp but was in the mood and it was fantastic. Wife had the salmon and guests had the scallops. Chocolate tower was shared by all and worth the calories. Will be back.

Party had shrimp and grits, crab cakes, oysters and fried pickles. Everything was fresh and tasty. Parking could be an issue as area congested. GM was super nice and the dessert plate was a lovely touch for bday celebration.

We had a reservation for 6:30 on Friday evening and I was skeptical about fresh seafood in Virginia Highlands...especially considering that half of the space is dedicated to bar space. Wow! I was thrilled to discover that all four of us had fresh, taste-filled entrées that were perfectly cooked, seasoned and delivered. But whatever you do, order the fried pimento... More

My son decided to take me to eat here after work one evening. First the parking was not available. We had to park down the street and in front of someone's house. We walked quite a distance back to the restaurant. The place was small - the type where you almost share a table with someone else. In fact the... More

My mom and I had dinner this evening. We had reservations and seated right away. It was a busy evening so it took our waitress a little while to get back to cover the specials. We ended up starting with crab cakes and yellowfin tuna & fried shrimp platter for our entrees. All the dishes were delicious even the cornbread.... More

I LOVE seafood...I mean I REALLY do - and I don't mind paying for quality. I was stoked to visit this restaurant because it's description brags of fresh seafood. The food I tasted was "okay". I expected much more seafood flavor from the entrees because they were made with quality ingredients. I had a lobster roll, which was covered in... More
