My family and I had an awesome lunch at Flips. The burger sliders were nice and juicy, chicken tenders, fresh cut fries and the onion rings were great. The oreo milkshake and the strawberry shortcake milkshake were nice and creamy, sooo delicious! We’ll definitely be...back!More

I visited this establishment when it first opened years ago. I sat at the bar had good food and great service. However, my visit tonight was horrible. First, we were seated and I noticed there were only 2 other tables occupied. The 2 servers on...the floor chatted amongst each other and never approached our table after about 10 minutes of us waiting. Another party of 7 came in, they were seated and taken care of immediately. With this being said, I went to the host stand and asked did we have a server, she answered “yes” and said she’ll be over shortly. Another 3-5 minutes passed as I watched the servers argue about who was going to serve my daughter and myself. Eventually a young lady came over and asked do we need more time or were we ready to order? My response was “we had been sitting there for quite some time, so of course we didn’t need more time.” Additionally, I told her the other table sat down and was immediately taken care of which was totally unacceptable. The sever went on to say “she’s been serving for 20 years and on and on ……. and she wasn’t about to put up with us… and walked away! At this point I asked was there a manager on duty and was told by the hostess that she was the manager on duty and assist us. From there we got descent service, the food was decent, but we will not return nor would I recommend this establishment, because the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE……More

I admit my family had not visited this restaurant in quite a well, but when we did it was frequently, and it was one of our favorites. I wasn’t surprised to see that the restaurant was under new management because that’s common. However, I was...not expecting to have to return a simple Margarita, wings, and the empanadas, which were not cooked. By the time our entrees came out the manager came over and we told her our highly disappointed we were. She kept stressing that they will not comp us the entire meal, and I told her I don’t care; just tell us what we owe so I can pay and take my family somewhere else to eat. It’s my fault for not listening to my daughter. She simply said, “Dad, our first sign was it was 6:00 PM in Atlanta and we walked in with only 5 guests sitting”. This is not the restaurant that foodie such as myself used to love. I was so upset about my experience that I made this the first review that I’ve ever written.More

We were really excited to try this place. Just fell flat on expectations. Bar was out of most beers and wine, service was slow, food was mediocre at best. Had a chicken grain bowl and there were no grains in it. Milkshakes with liquid nitrogen…...nope, out of nitrogen. Richard Blais would not be happy with this.More

Amazing milkshakes. I came here with my granddaughter the milkshakes we're probably some of the best I've had. And we were greedy and we each order too. LOL the burgers were good as well I ordered a side of asparagus and potatoes and those were...also amazing.More

Our visit was inconsistent with many of the reviews here. We found the service to be borderline surly and decidedly disinterested. As for the positive--the fries are great. The burgers are above average but they don't reach the great category. There are too many better...options in the immediate area for this destination to reach must-visit status.More

I am a fan of Richard Blais, and FLIP was everything I hoped it would be and more! We ordered online and picked up our food to go. We felt very welcomed! We ordered 3 different burgers, and each was excellent! I had the fauxlafel...burger, and it was exceptionally flavorful and full of different textures. The sweet potato tots with marshmallow foam were the perfect accompaniment. The fries, milkshakes and burgers were loved by all. Best meal of our trip to ATL by far.More

Landed here unexpectedly, and so glad we did. Neither food nor service has been sacrificed because of COVID. Our food was amazing, service was exceptional and our waitress Tiffany was so fun and friendly. Cocktails were creative and well made- thanks Alex, and my son...can’t stop talking about the Krispy Kreme milkshake. And, don’t let me forget- the burgers were delicious!More

I loved the shrimp burger the first time I came here, but this go round I decided to try the turkey burger. I was not disappointed. The only two complaints I have are: 1) the seating wasn't cleaned and 2) the fried side items are...a bit too greasy for my liking. I'm going to have to get a side salad next time. I will definitely be returning.More

I love this place. Get it every couple weekends for lunch to have a break from the cooking at home monotony. Staff wears masks and are friendly and food for pick up is always ready in less than 30

wonderful selection of interesting burgers or you can chose to build your own. I had sautéed onions, pimento cheese And pickles which I really enjoyed. They have beef, lamb, vegan, and chicken burger patties to name just a few of your choices. Sides included fries,...tots, asparagus and Brussels sprouts. Nice selection of beer and wine, too. Handicap accessible. Good for families or couples.More

Nice place for a boutique burger. Most dishes are around $10. Very unique array of burgers and salads. Great sweet potato and not-so-regular fries. With drinks and a shake expect to spend about $15 per person. Food and service are excellent. Inside is inviting and...be sure to check out the booths with the inverted seats over your heads!!! There is a nice bar and outdoor seating area. Parking could be an issue during peak times. Get a reservation if you can. Crowds can grow quickly.More
