Location and contact

Longleaf, a two-level contemporary glass structure nestled next to Gardenhouse in the heart of the Garden, offers full-service dining, a grab-and-go cafe, and a flexible space for educational programs, private rentals and special events. Inside, guests enjoy commanding views of the Anne Cox Chambers Southern Seasons Garden and Levy Parterre, while from the rooftop terrace they drink in the beauty of Storza Woods, Alston Overlook and the Atlanta skyline beyond. Regardless of table, all will be treated to a savory menu by Paolini. The restaurant’s new name is inspired by the longleaf pine, the resilient evergreen conifer indigenous to Georgia and the Southeast and a focus of significant conservation

The idea of dining at the Gardens is alluring, but Longleaf ruins it. We waited 25 minutes for a Martini, 30 minutes for bread. My shrimp and grits was so runny I had to try to strain the 20% shrimp and grits out of the...More

Fresh from the garden vegetables. Bountiful servings of very creative dishes. My waiter was awesome, enjoyable, and attentive. It's a must.

I have to agree with a few other diners that say the negative reviews must be from people that aren't happy anywhere. The family ate there after a nice stroll through the Gardens. Plenty of options for all the family members. We're a healthy family...More

We stopped here for dinner before walking through the lights display. Luckily, we had reservations. They were telling people the next available spot was two hours away. My braised beef was delicious, but the portion was small. The prices seemed kind of steep to me.

We had dinner after touring the Christmas Lights - quite a treat. The service was great but the atmosphere is very noisy. Bread was a bit old but salad, entrees, and dessert were all excellent.

Duck was very good, side of lentils and kale was not so good, braised short ribs was average, trout was ok, lacked flavor though. Shrimp & grits were a little watery but good flavor. Overall an average meal at best. Was disappointed for the price...More

Had a nice dinner before the Garden Lights on 11/18/18. The server was terrific:Aon. The food was very good, particularly the squash blossom appetizer and salad. Shrimp and grits entree was nice but very expensive. Only 3 shrimp and they were slightly under-cooked. The ambiance...More
