We had lunch there eating outside overlooking the lake. We ate steak with green peppercorn sauce, grilled tuna and my daughter had breaded chicken with lemon. The coffee and bread were also excellent, and we all agreed this was the best meal of the holiday!

Stayed just one night in October and had a lovely room with lake view. It is not at the top of town so parking for our car was free and just in front I’d the hotel. It is a steep but interesting and fun walk...More

Perfect location. This small hotel (6 bedrooms) has nicely decorated bedrooms all with view over lake. Excellent restaurant also.

We had a fabulous meal here, the quality of the food was second to none, only slight gripe was that the wines we like were rather more expensive compared to other restaurants we’d visited, but I guess we could have chosen something cheaper! However cannot...More

This was a lovely place where I had eaten last year whilst on my cycling holiday with Andalucian Cycling Experience. The setting was perfect, the meal was superb and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend it.More

We enjoyed an excellent lunch at Al Lago. It's away from the main drag in Zahara but well worth searching out. The dishes are fresh and far more imaginative than most of the fare on offer in the village. Plus the views of the lake...More

A little gem. Delicious food - nice change from typical Andalucian food/tapas. Bit more upscale than you might expect in a lovely little pueblo. Super freindly staff too. The duck with px sauce and fish stew were a delight.

I'm pretty sure you can eat at all hours of the day starting at least from mid-day till late at night. As this restaurant belongs to the Al Lago hotel I believe there is a permanence.

Cheeky! Check the website, all menus are on the home page. Are you planning to attend Christmas day lunch and New Year's eve dinner?
