Go for the view, enjoy the food!

We wanted something a bit different and a bit special for our anniversary and we couldn't have done better. We booked on the fork so it was easy to let the restaurant know we were celebrating and request a nice table out on the terrace. The view is fantastic as you might expect from a restaurant called La View! From the moment we arrived the hostess (Elena, if I remember correctly!) was absolutely superb. She made us feel very welcome and was later very attentive as we looked through the wine and food menus. The waiters were all equally pleasant and helpful. None of the surliness you often get from restaurants nearer the action. They brought us a very nice complimentary cava and fresa which fitted the occasion perfectly as we looked through the menus. There were four of us and we had tempura, ceviche and an artichoke salad as starters. We had cochinillo, seared tuna and two went for octopus as mains. We don't normally do dessert and we were all full but couldn't resist the description of the chocolate pearls dessert and shared two between us. The restaurant was quiet which was nice but with a nice atmosphere and enough people to not feel as if you were there alone. As we were leaving Elena mentioned they were having live music on during the summer so we'll definitely be back to check that out as it's a very romantic location for a singer on a warm evening.

Excellent food and atmosphere!

Being two Norwegian couples that usually try out a couple of new restaurants in the Marbella area during the summer, we wanted to try La View in Los Aqueros this time, in a green and relaxing atmosphere. Our positive expectations were 100% fulfilled as a combination of pleasant and service-minded staff, and very good food. We tried lobster salat and pan fried scallops as starters, both being delicious. As main courses we had chateaubriand and grilled tuna, both also being perfectly made. We can definitely recommend a dinner evening at this new Los Arqueros restaurant.

Perfect atmosphere and fine dinning

Great hospitality and an amazing view from the terrace. Excellent fine dinning and a perfect wine list. Here is a chef working who knows how to prepare fine dinning food. The sommelier has a great knowledge of wines and the service is perfect. And last but not least all the prices are fair. A great place to be.

Food ok, covid-safety not ok

This was the first restaurant in 10 days (Benehavis and Cadiz) where the staff did not wear their face-masks properly and where large groups of customers moved around inside the restaurant without wearing a mask and without any-one of the staff mentioning this to them. The interior of the restsaurant is beautiful but there seemed to be a problem with the fire-place: upon entering we noticed smoke in the restaurant and upon returning home our clothes smelled “smokey”. We had drinks in the bar area but after some time we were asked to finish our drinks at the dining table, although we hadn’t even ordered the food. The waiter took our drinks to the table. As 2 people had the same drink ŵe can only hope he remembered which glass belonged to which person. The menu is a somewhat strange mixture of Mediterranean dishes, pasta, pizza, sushi The starters ŵere very good, main courses rather average. Compared to the bill, I expected better quality.

Visited in November 2021, which low season, nevertheless fully staffed and just waiting to give good service. The restaurant is in Los Arqueros golf & Country Club and has an exclusive interior from the sitting area in the Bar to the dining room. Food is well prepared, wine selection is good and service is excellent.

This used to be a good restaurant… Something has changed, this was one of our favourite restaurants. This time we had a bad experience. It took 30 mins before we got anything to drink and over an hour before anything to eat - despite the 5-6 waiters and relatively quiet evening. We were served wrong main courses and when ours finally arrived, they were cold. The waiters blamed their new system. To make it worse, this is not a cheap restaurant.

The best food we’ve had in Spain!

Wow, delicious food, with a stunning view. This honestly was the most delicious meal we had in Spain. My husband had the wagyu tenderloin steak, he said it was the best steak he’s ever had (and we are from South Africa) I enjoyed the Suckling Pork, cooked to perfection. La View restaurant is a gastronomic delight! We are staying in Los Arqueros golf estate and we will definitely come back soon. Maybe tomorrow ;)

Evening dinner

My husband, son & I went for evening dinner yesterday at LA veiw . We have been here a few times now and it really is a beautiful restaurant. The staff are very professional,attentive & extremely pleasant …. You get first class treatment! The food is quality , tasty & beautifully presented. We enjoyed pre drinks at the gorgeous bar before dinner which was a real pleasure . The restaurant is stunning when you sit outside in the summer with gorgeous views down to the coast . We will definitely be going back to LA veiw on our next trip to Spain soon . Thank you to the lovely staff at LA for an enjoyable evening . Bev, Chris & Calum Xxx

Some great dishes

The ambience is very nice and so is the decor in this new restaurant. Medium price point. I felt the staff was attentive and friendly. Elegant did a great job. It was busy, but the service was extremely slow. One hour to the starter, and then another 50 min to the main course. Some dishes were very tasty, the oysters, steak, tuna tatar, .. The artichoke salad wasn't very desirable, there was also a hair in that dish. Sushi was ok. Overall a good experience.

Were big company, delicious food, ordered different starters and second courses, was delicious, especially Bacalao negro and Ensalada de bogavante. Good atmosphere - Live music. Sincerely, had concerns about the service, but note the professionalism of the waitress, one per full room (40-50 people) and only three as I understood the assistant, but everything was very clear, on time and very friendly. Thank you.

Lovely view, that’s all

We were blown away by the stunning views of this restaurant, unfortunately the view was the only good thing. Service was terrible, we were sat for 40 minutes until we got our first drinks. Then starters arrived after 1.5 hours. Food was ok but not amazing. I ordered the pork belly and was underwhelmed by it, fat wasn’t rendered down enough which made parts inedible.

Restaurant with a fabulous view

I went to LA View with four girlfriends and we had the most delicious meal which was a lovely ending to our holiday. We shared the ceviche and Iberian ham which was delicious. I shared chateaubriand and I can honestly say it was the best chateaubriand I’ve ever tasted. My friends had black cod and they they were equally impressed. We were served by a lovely attentive waitress called Yolanda and the views were spectacular. Fine dining at its best which we all highly recommend.

Actually this restaurant is too unknown. Nice view (also called la view) You will find this beautiful new restaurant on the 1st floor of the Los Arqueros golf resort A beautiful business has been created here with a lot of money Culinary good food, good service and ideally located (good parking spaces) Give it a try and become an enthusiastic fan too.

Oh my goodness ! We didn't know what to expect, but........... EVERYTHING was just wonderful ! Food was out of this world, every course the 4 of us had was fabulous, sooo tasty 😋 The staff were lovely, ambiance great and views to die for ! We shall return. Oh and please pass this to the chef 😍 Absolutely no criticism, just a recommendation, perhaps advertising, including in local magazines would help swell numbers, perhaps entertainment too on occasions would be fantastic ! We wish you well !

Great Food and Service

Whilst staying in an apartment opposite we ate here on our last night before leaving. The main thing is that the staff are well trained, friendly and helpful. The menu is extensive and of a good quality. Everyone in the family enjoyed their meal and also the fabulous location and views. I would definitely visit again
