Staff continusley ignored us, asked for the bill 9 times!!! when complained about the poor food quality was lectured by a male manager. Female manager refused to take money from me, implying we was dirty. Beautiful view but disgusting customer service, would not recommend at...all! Go somewhere else.More

We are here twice in the evening and both times, the food was excellent. The service was also very good. The sea bass I had, was superb. The setting is lovely, with nice views (when it’s not dark) but a tasteful interior and fish tanks...on entering. We will return in 2023. However despite giving 5 stars, there are a couple of suggestions I would like to make to management, 1) the complimentary bread, could be improved and it would be nicer if it was served warm, 2) the pasta dishes were very good but they were large, a starter portion and a main. Course option would be nice. 3) we looked at the menu at lunchtime but chose not to eat as there were no real light options eg after visiting the Aquarium we wanted a simple baguette but nothing was on the menu.More

called in here after the Aquarium for a drink and an ice-cream and sit down after being on are feet for over 3 hours friendly staff nice and clean and some good food on menu

we ate here twice during the holiday because the food was no nice and the view from the outside table was gorgeous

We went here after a trip to the aquarium. Ordered food and waited an hour before querying to be told that this was normal. As long as you’re prepared to wait the food was good

I do not recommend this place if you are celiac. The menu allergy indications, but these prove to be useless. Being celiac, I made my choice according to the menu but also asked the waiter to double check with the chef. In the end, none...of the GF items identified were GF in reality. Our waiter tried his best to help us, going back and forth to the kitchen to find something that could fit. But the same message came back each time: to be GF any dish had to be made without the sauce… so I ended up eating the sorriest pasta ala vongole ever. Kudos to the staff though for being so helpful.More

Food was Very nicely presented. We had Grilled Halloumi Bowl and Tortellini Funghi Porcini. Exquisite presentation and taste.

Went there with my dad for breakfast, I ordered pancakes with blueberries and berries, pretty good, and he ordered the English breakfast, which was excellent. Also, the coffee and orange juice were amazing. I ordered a matcha tea latte, but I honestly didn’t like it,...it didn’t taste at all like the ones I’m used to. I called the waiter and told him about that, he told me how they made it and solved everything with a smile. When they brought us the bill, I was really surprised that they didn’t charge me for it! I thought it was such a thoughtful act. Wrapping this up: 100% recommended.More

Food was delicious n staff are nice Best location for all seasons. U can see whole sea and enjoy ur meal. Place was Clean n staff very friendly

After visiting the aquarium we stopped for a bite to eat. We just got some appetizers and flavored cider. Everything was good and the service was great. Thank you
