It was delish! Maltese platter to start made of olives, spicy goat cheese, local sausage, aubergine and olive antipasto followed by rabbit cooked in garlic. Really really flavoursome! Will be going back.

We loved this place. We loved meeting Albert. He is such an easy going man, friendly, helpful, welcoming and talented in his cooking skills!! We had a feast in there.. a delicious feast with beautiful Maltese dishes cooked with love and a lot of passion! The wine was gorgeous.. the room was full.. the music was well chosen and the... Quick and efficient service coming from Bertu himself with his approachable personality as he verbally explains the menu depending on what is fresh on the day. As we sat down, a complementary maltese platter had been placed in front of us including a variety of maltese nibbles. The starter and main course were beyond amazing as I ordered the spaghetti... Walked past this little restaurant many times but never went in as always looked empty. However, this time we decided to give it a go. Traditional Maltese building with a charming elderly man who served us. He only had a few items on the menu but soon discovered he was cooking and serving all the customers too. I was shocked... Finally visited this after several recommendations. Absolutely a place to try out local specialities;- fantastic appetisers and sweets, but found the mains a bit average,- maybe the expectations was too high. And a few mistakes on the way didn't help much of the overall impression. Been there;- done that.

It was my second time visiting this venue as my in-laws invited us for dinner and no wonder why they keep selecting to dine here. The restaurant carries no formal menu, the chef himself welcomed us with all the fresh options available varying from chicken, fish, rabbit, beef or lamb. I opted for the rib eye which was truly well-cooked... More

I really enjoyed eating here. Menu is of the day and that makes it very freshly cooked. A complimentary platter of local food was brought to us which was delicious. You have to wait a little because everything is cooked fresh but its a pleasant wait. My husband had rabbit which I must say was very good and I had... More

Table for 8 for birthday celebration. Its a small restaurant where owner, Albert, chefs and serves! but food is excellent and served with a smile. Service can be a little slow but well worth the wait. We all left having eaten too much! Little off the main St Pauls drag but well worth finding.
