Mid day cave tour led to quite an appetite ans as we wandered there it was - a cafe with a decent lunch menu and only slightly higher prices than expected. Glad it was there. Today, the place was essentially empty - mid January and a weekday. So the service was good, the food well cooked - okay the french-fries... More

Again, a surprising number of choices for a vegetarian; however, the fries were obviously fried in the same oil as the fish. Just a cautionary tale for fellow veg-heads. The hummus wrap I got was very tasty, and our server was very sweet.

As can be expected at a park in a remote location without competition, the prices were a bit above average. The food was good, but not exceptional. The staff was friendly but as they seemed to be short staffed, service was slow.

Old-school Americana restaurant that totally fits its location, right next to the Mammoth Cave Visitor Center (and strategically at the end of the tour) Ambience: An old school restaurant with a ton of black and white pictures of the restaurant and area back in its day. It feels like a countryside small restaurant. No frills really. Food (I'm vegetarian, my... More

Food was good but not a great selection. Service excellent. Fair prices. Looked like a standard coffee shop on the inside. Not much else to say about breakfast.

We enjoyed our dinner and breakfast here. The menu is rather limited but the food is good. Make sure you have plenty of time because the service is very slow. The wait staff is very friendly though. If you order an entree at dinner you get delicious w/ jelly biscuits as well.

Great breakfast and right on the grounds of Mammoth Cave National Park. Grits were so good they eating them came close to being a religious experience, and the biscuits were profound.

My son and I went to the coffee shop on our last visit to Mammoth Cave three years ago, and we enjoyed their pizza as we sat at the bar. The menu was overhauled since, with burgers and grilled cheese ruling the roost, along with an overpriced salad. Somewhat disappointing. Still, it's diner food with sit-down service that didn't destroy... More

Had lunch here between cave tours. The waitress was friendly and our food arrived in a timely manner. Tip, go straight to the coffee hop upon completion of your tour as it fills up quickly.

The young lady who seated us barely spoke to us, but fortunately the lovely waitress made up for it with very nice, friendly hospitality. I loved the portabella burger. The prices were reasonable.
