We enjoyed a wonderful business lunch at Tarrants Downtown. I enjoyed one of their salad specials... Watermelon salad...absolutely delicious. The crab bisque is rich and yummy. We had wonderful service. I plan to take the family for Sunday brunch soon.

Tarrant's offers a wonderful mix of foods - some a little pricey some very reasonable. Fun southern choices. Cool atmosphere.

We have frequented the broad street location for years and love it. They have a great selection of food so there is something for everyone, my suggestion is go for lunch and sit at the bar if you are tight on cash. They have a great menu most food items at $6 and there are great drink specials as well.... More

Everyone raves about Tarrant's but I don't really get it. Of course the history of it is amazing but that's about it. Crowded, cramped, over-priced average food. I'd take my money & go to Comfort or Perly's.

Went to Tarrant's for lunch and got the Chicken and Waffles. This is a dish not to be missed! Definitely add this cafe to your list of you are in downtown Richmond and looking for places to eat. Awesome preserved atmosphere drew me in and the food will keep me coming back.

I think that Tarrant's is a great spot, you can get everything from meat loaf, to shrimp & grits, to pizza, to a burger, a great sandwich, or just fries...soup to nuts, and ALL good!

Stayed at the Linden Row Inn and ordered dinner from Tarrants. They delivered right to our room. Super friendly and customer service focused. Had to request a rush on the meal which they were able to accommodate. Ordered a medium pizza and burger. My kids loved a Everything. Would love to try out the dining room one day!

We had a rather large group when we went here. The food and service were great. We'd go back as well as recommend it!
