Lunch today at the Richmond Symphony Designer House was catered by Tarrant's Café. A good selection of items to pick from and the beautiful garden/pool area to dine in....They even came around to see if we were enjoying lunch. And best of all, we finished our tour prior to the opening of the Café but they served us early so... More

We visited on a Friday night. Bartenders were friendly and helpful. Dinner was very good as was the service. A bit noisy, but that's part of their atmosphere.

My husband and I stopped in to enjoy a quick snack in the afternoon. We sat at the bar to watch the football games and Bloody Marys. The drinks were very good. Our snack was the bruschetta which was also very good. Will return for a full meal!

We had lunch and then brunch the next day. Both were great. Service was excellent. Liked the omelettes. Nice downtown scene.

Tarrant's WAS a must-stop for every Richmond visit. Not any more. I had the Rockfish. It was served room temp and was so small that I think it may have been a piece of flounder disguised as rockfish. There are plenty of great restaurants in downtown Richmond. I'll find another, next time.

Love this place! Great menu, lots to choose from. I had the chicken and waffle for brunch very flavorful. Also I loved the penne vodka pasta I had a few years ago. Nice atmosphere and decent price range.

While the Salmon and Seafood special (piping hot boat of crab and seafood) were delicious, we found ourselves RAVING about the dessert Waffles - not kidding!! They were the fluffiest, freshest, tastiest waffles any of us have ever had, whether at a fine restaurant or a breakfast place! Kudos to wait staff for the recommendation on dessert as well as... Went out to dinner on a Friday evening to unwind with my sweetie! The atmosphere is always great, the food is fantastic, pricey but well worth it. Valet parking, wonderful downtown location and you're definitely look forward to the next visit.
