Nice cosy Italian restaurant with wonderful food and service. They have many dishes to choose from and great pizzas. Somewhat limited parking. The street address is correct, but they are in Henrico, VA

Best pizzas, pastas and wine ✨

Coming here is very cozy, family atmosphere and the best thing is their menu, personally I love the pastas. I recommend it, without a doubt my family is happy every time we return.

Great Pizza

Ordered takeout pizza that was delicious. After calling in the order, I was called back to make sure the order was exactly right. Nice atmosphere and great service. Limited parking.

Nonexistent delivery service

I ordered 2 pizzas online from their website. I received a confirmation email immediately at 5:38pm stating they would be delivered in 60 minutes. At 7:15pm I called to check on the status of our delivery and was told the delivery driver was out with them and they should arrive soon. At 8:00pm I called again to inquire. This time I was told there had been a problem with their deliveries and the owner was out right then bringing me the order. At 9:00pm I called to cancel the order and have the charge removed from my card—and was asked if I wanted to speak to the owner. Now, wait a minute, he was supposed to be out delivering my pizzas! He got on the phone and told me the order had never been given to the kitchen. Which story is true? Who knows?! I just know we’ll never order from here again.

AVOID IF YOU DONT LIKE BEING RIPPED OFF

Never again.Thanks to the nickel and diming by the owner and the annoying server in the daytime I won't be back.I realize places have to raise prices.This rip-off joint not only jacked up the prices but also have added an almost 4% charge in addition for merely average food.resulting in an ridiculously high check total.Pick one or the other.In addition that dingbat they have as a daytime server needs to learn her place.Do not come over and start yapping at a total stranger about your personal problems.I don't give a rats ass about your messed up finger. lm there to eat ,not be your friend.Take my order and save the chatter for your friends and family.Definitely not returning to this rip-off restaurant

Good food.

The food here is better than average but there was a problem with gnats or fruit flies last Monday evening. There ended up being four of these little critters in a beer by the time we finished eating and leaving. Don’t really enjoy swatting at critters to keep them off food and drink while we’re dining. We mentioned it to the waitress, and she said someone is coming next week to eradicate the problem. Otherwise, a good place to eat usually.

Delivered pizza

We ordered two large pizzas for delivery. One was 1/2 cheese & 1/2 pepperoni. It was very good. I was disappointed that it was very difficult to order a pizza that was 1/2 vegetarian and 1/2 Italian sausage, green pepper and bacon. We ended up with roasted vegetables on the entire pizza, with sausage & bacon added to 1/2. Disappointed the Italian sausage was in thin slices, like pepperoni, versus part of a sausage link.

Great Place

We went for dinner and the food was really good. It's open late and during weekends, which not a lot of places there seemed to be. Our waitress was really nice. We'd definitely recommend giving it a try.

Poor Service

There was a time when I would have given it 5 stars as it was our go to place for many years but the service has really gone down hill the last few times we were there. Different wait staff each time we go. We ordered in a timely fashion but our food never came out. Waitress kept taking plates to a table of four and never said a word as she walked by with their orders. We tried to be patient but after 30 minutes we told her we were leaving. She said he was starting to prepare it then. We said no thanks and left. Had someone at least come over and apologized it would have improved the situation but instead the staff was just standing around doing nothing as they weren't that busy. Our order was just a sandwich and a salad-how difficult is that? and with only 4 tables were occupied? Food is very good but they are in need of a steady well trained staff like they used to have. Staff has ruined it for me. I will not return.

Best pizza in town!

We have had pizza here twice - once takeout (they also deliver) and once in the restaurant. The pizza is phenomenal- we had the vegetarian which had a white garlic sauce and the eggplant parmesan. Both were absolutely fantastic - piping hot, thin crispy crust, perfectly seasoned. They have an extensive menu but we haven’t gotten past the pizza!

Poor Service

My wife and I used to frequent Ariana's on a weekly to monthly basis. Unfortunately all the good staff are gone, and the service now, is below par. I understand that with time, the current staff could improve, but it's been a while and they're still no improvement, so if you're in the area, go somewhere else

Had never been here before, menu has large amounts of items. Service was a little slow overall, ordering and then getting the check, food came out in a timely manner. Disappointed about the lack of domestic beer options and overall beer options in general. Food was good, meal portions were bigger than needed, would have liked to have a small plate option, pizza by the slice on menu but none available.

Ariana's got a 4 rating because of the pizza which was pretty tasty! The service wasn't the best! If you want a good pizza this is a good place to go!

A very surprising place

My wife and I are cost-conscious seniors and we love Italian food. We had a great meal at this place. The service was good, and I was delighted that our hot food dishes were hot when served. The decor is not sophisticated. The bathroom was spotless, the service quick, the table and floor underneath the table were clean, and in all I encourage others to visit.

Awesome !!!!!

I wanted to take this time to give Ariana's an excellent review. My wife and I frequent the restaurant quite a bit, we seen a lot of changes, which were extremely positive. During that time, we've had the experience of meeting, and getting to know a lot of the employees. The employees are awesome, awesome, awesome, they're very attentive to your needs and make sure that your plate is empty and the drinks are full. Renée is one of the best pizza guys in the city, and the sandwiches that he makes, or also the best. Sam, Walker, Nicole, and the rest of the staff are just as awesome as the food. If you want to give a compliment to the owner, don't expect a call back, I've asked him to call me twice to give his staff kudos, and I have yet to hear from them, but anyways, if you're in the neighborhood, you've got to stop by.
