Lemaire is a great environment. As if the Jefferson Hotel wasn't great enough, Lemaire is perfect for happy hour and gathering with colleagues after work. Also the manager, Chauncey Jenkins, is awesome!

A beautiful venue in this historic hotel. Impeccable service and interesting, well-prepared meals. The menus are inventive without being too far out and fussy, with an emphasis on local provisions. Although super-casual dress is not appropriate, I have seen people here that were not at...More

A friend of mine had a small wedding and all 25 guests ate at Lemaire after the ceremony. The food was absolutely fabulous, the service was wonderful, the wedding cake they made was both beautiful and delicious. What a perfect way to celebrate a marriage!
