Fresh, fast, friendly! I really enjoy a quality meal at a mom-and-pop deli/diner. Fabulous selection, and happy people at every turn.

In Richmond for World Cycling Championships and came upon this deli right on the course. Nice selection of sandwiches and excellent slices of cake- recommend the German chocolate in particular. Now open on Saturdays from 11-3 and for bike race week only Sundays too. The...owner had put several tables on the sidewalk right next to the race route.More

We stopped because to the reviews. Nice and clean. Wife had a pastrami on rye which she said was a very thin sandwich which it looked like to me also. I had the Ham & Bean soup which was great and Italian Coldcut. Everytime I...took a bite of the Coldcut, I would get stuck by either fat or grizzle I couldn't breakfree from. The flavor was good but eating it was a chore. It was so easy to get to off of southbound I-95 I might come back just because of that for another try.More

top quality deli meats, including ham, corned beef, and pastrami. A rare find, unexpected in Richmond. Definitely a must stop for sandwiches.

Staying in richmond for a week for training/work! Stopped in off a recommendation from the teacher! Great choice many many options! They even offer half sandwich option which I love! So I had the half Ruben chips and a drink! I've had plenty of Ruben...and this is in the top 10 more like #4! Line was long which is expected for lunch hour in the city! Although the line was long it moved fast! I was in and out in 10-15 minutes! Great atmosphere and engery in the restaurant and plenty of seating as well! Works were pleasant and helpful as well! If you looking for a great sandwich it's here!!More

Not only do they offer a complete array of meats, cheese, and breads, but the gift tins of nuts and brittle will be greatly appreciated by whoever is lucky enough to receive one from you. The owner is onsite and working the cash register, and...be sure to check out the world map full of pins locating the birthplaces of people who have eaten a meal there. Just a block away from the Capital Building and totally charming.More

I stopped here so I could get a wrap for my ride home. I ordered a turkey wrap with cheese, lettuce and tomato. I started thinking while I waited "why did I just order a boring turkey wrap." I should have ordered something else. It's...going to be plain and boring". The turkey was delicious! Even though it was nothing fancy, my tastebuds still enjoyed it. I will definately think of this place the next time I'm in Richmond.More

The sandwiches are OK and the prices are high. I had an order of potato salad and the potatoes were undercooked.
