Coppola's is the essential Italian sandwich shop, lots of custom fresh made sandwich and subs as well as fresh sides, soda and beer. Carytown has lots of great places to eat but unfortunately many of them are not open for lunch. No so with Coppola's. My fav - the grilled smoked turkey sub all the way enjoyed with a Dr.... More

4 of us went on a Sunday late afternoon for our first visit. We each got a different sandwich and really liked our choices. The place was way too small and could stand some updating. Not that many items on the menu but good quality food. I felt the staff was very unfriendly almost to a point of acting like... More

The place is tiny and cramped. You can't sit down and order you have to stand at the counter. The cashier took forever to ring us up. And the food was very disappointing. Don't waste your time or money.

The food is very good. The employees and service are fine. The place needs a good cleaning! A wonder the business they could do if they cleaned up the place.

I got the "industrial" sandwhich and it was really tasty. Would recommend this place for a quick place to stop in and get lunch.

Although my family no longer resides in the Richmond area, we are still fans of Coppola's and take the opportunity to visit whenever possible. I had my first South Bronx Club over 20 years ago, and when we stopped by for lunch last week, I was overjoyed to find that almost nothing had changed! The South Bronx Club was still... More

This is a great Italian deli in Carytown (Richmond, VA). The smell of the shop hits you as soon as you walk in the door. They also sell a few Italian items, canned tomatoes, etc. I've only been in there a couple of times, but I could easily eat my way through their menu. Their "The Bronx" sandwich is huge,... More

When we are in Carytown thesis a nice place to grab a good and quick sandwich. Today we had a pastrami reuben and were not disappointed. The meat was not fatty and the dressing was good. It is worth a try if you haven't been in. Reminds us a little bit of a deli in New York.

Great place for sandwiches and a quick lunch. My industrial sub was hot and fresh. Local place and I highly recommend .
