This location (downtown, on the 17th Street Farmer's Market) closed down a couple of months ago. It was sold, and I understand another restaurant (no idea what kind of restaurant) is supposed to be opening in this spot.

My daughter lives in Richmond, a nurse at VCU. She and her friends are regulars here for breakfast after work. Went with her when we visited. Not a pretentious place, quaint. Good home cooked food. Everyone very friendly and helpful.
