The Mill was recommended to us so we decided to try Tuesday Pasta night. The restaurant is very small but has lots of character like many small Richmond restaurants. Our server was friendly and efficient. The fried artichoke hearts and homemade chips and dip were nice starters. The pasta bowl and salad served our family of four well. All in... More

We had great service!! The food was tasty, as was the beer on tap. I had the fresh soup today, and peanut butter chocolate chip pie. So good!! Restrooms were clean. Well worth the stop as we travel north.

This place has always been a favorite of mine. Nice cozy atmosphere with an eclectic menu filled with interesting combinations for the usual menu items. But all of it is delicious and filling! Highly recommended for a small group of friends and light conversation! Wonderful lunch spot and delicious coffee!

Friends - you need to go here if you have a gluten allergy. They have amazing gluten free biscuits. You know how hard those are to find. Can I get an AMEN?? Okay, aside from the biscuits they have a TON of gluten free appetizers. I had the habanero wings and the sweet corn and black bean cakes. I really... More

This place is great whether you're on a date, with your family, colleagues, or your kids. The food is amazing, they have lots of options for people food sensitivities and great stuff for kids too. They have a fantastic beer and wine selection, and the atmosphere is always good. They stay busy, as any good spot should so get there... More

I started my meal with one of the great selection of microbrews available at the Mill, the "Dirty Little Freak" Coconut Caramel Chocolate Brown Ale. Heavy and sweet, you wont be drinking many at one sitting. But delightful nevertheless. I had the juicy berry pork loin burger and finished my meal off with the chocolate chip banana bread pudding! What... More

I went to The Mill for dinner with my family and oh my goodness did they know my socks off. The service was personable and attentive and the food was out of this world. They took their crispy BBQ tofu and made it a sandwich for me. The sauce is delicious and the tofu was perfectly prepared. I cannot WAIT... More

I've been to Brunch spots without mimosas and I refuse to call that meal brunch. Brunch is not just a meal you have later than breakfast but too early for lunch. It can span several hours and absolutely requires mimosas (and bloody marys, but that's a story for a different day). Brunch means that some of your party can have... More

When visiting Richmond, we pop in The Mill for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is tiny and there usually is a wait, but the food is excellent and worth waiting for. Wish they would expand.
