And that's the best thing I can say. I went to The Blue Goat when it first opened and had a wonderful dinner. I don't know what happened. In the past two weeks, I have had lunch there twice. The first time, the service was extremely slow and the food was marginal. I chalked it up to a bad day... More

Every time I've been there then service & food has been excellent. Granted I did sit at the bar with friends each time, however I don't think it would have mattered. Drinks & small plates were perfect for sharing & I highly recommend the gourmet pizza! Their wine, beer & liquor selection is great too!

Our foursome enjoyed dinner here during our third visit in the past year. We shared the ham special appetizer, cured in-house...delicious. We all had different entrees, ranging from fish to pizza and all good. The scallops were very good albeit a little thin, hopefully not trying to stretch them too far! The service. As always was prompt , efficient and... More

Went here with a party of four. The menu was interesting but hard for vegetarians. Things were meat-centric or deep fried. I ended up with a veggie pizza which was quite good. Service was very good. I probably wouldn't go back because there weren't many options for me.

I went to the Blue Goat for dinner and our waitress Holly was one of the worst servers I have had. She was rude and inattentive, kept us waiting and waiting on our drinks, brought my friend out the wrong food and he then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to bring out his correct order, and she... The photo of the chicken and waffles on the website was what hooked me. That being said, yes they do look like the photograph, but they aren't as yummy as I had hoped. Way too sweet and the chicken, seemed like a dressed up chicken nugget. BUT the drinks were amazing, my friends enjoyed the scallop dish, the trout dish,... More

My wife, daughter and I had a relaxed, enjoyable mid-afternoon lunch Saturday. The Blue Goat has an interesting menu! The dishes we chose were all a bit unusual and full of flavor. I had the oyster scramble. The oysters were plump, crispy, fried just right and the egg, hash browns were well spiced. My coffee was rich and hot. Our... More

Food not as good as original menu but damn good food still. Happy hour prices are good and burger is damn good. Brunch is always good.

They served a special of bone marrow when I ate there in November. The Oysters Rockefeller, Mac and Cheese were delicious. Everyone enjoyed their pizzas. Great atmosphere, just a tad noisy for me.

The staff person at the door could not have been more welcoming and simply adorable. I arrived at 11:15AM (early for lunch) and with no fuss at all, I was seated. Wait person was also very nice. We discussed the menu and I chose their cheeseburger-- locally raised beef and the restaurant grinds the beef themselves. The cheeseburger was good.... More
