The Chicken Fiesta salad is one of the great bargains around. Fresh lettuce, huge amount of juicy chicken, good dressing, and delicious hot sauce, all for a very low price (under $10) for the quality and amount of food.. And the people at the counter...are so nice and friendly. My favorite lunch restaurant in Richmond.More

The chicken is delicious to me. Quesidilla was yummy and tres leches cake amazing. Yes small sides but the yucca side is pretty filling almost like potato fries.

You will never get the value of the cost of their food. It's shocking what they get away with. Unless you have a taste for Mexican, there are no desired side dishes. Sides can fit in your palm, almost small as a dipping sauce portion....Ribs have no flavor but the sauce is nice. 3 ribs for $13, again No value. Definitely a waste of time getting into the dangerously small parking area off the main street just for the prank kiddie portion sized meal. 1st and last for me!More

Ordered a chicken sandwich and fries and my friend got chicken w/rice and beans. We both agreed it was the worst we ever had. My chicken sandwich had absolutely no taste to it at all. That was my first and last time there. YUCK!!!!!!!!!

Why should you advertise your restaraunt as "Chicken Fiesta" if you can't even eat your food without crunching a bone and gagging on chicken skin? I suppose you can eat vegetarian here safely, but this restaraunt betrayed my expectations. You can do better!!!

I ordered Nachos which cost $6.95, I received a total of 6 chips in a big box. Not only were the chips burnt but they were also soggy... not to mention that for 6 chips at $6.95, I paid more than a dollar for each...soggy burnt chip. The picture says it all... I complained to the store manager who was not only unapologetic, but actually defended the meal and said it is a very popular item and tried to tell me it was reasonable to pay almost seven dollars for six tortilla chips... I am blown away...More

This is my second time coming here and it was delicious. We ordered the carne arsada, chicken, and pork ribs. All 3 of us were happy with our meals. The only criticism was that the chicken was a little salty. Other than that, the food...was good, the service was great, and the food came fast. We will definitely be back when we are in town again.More

My daughter suggested we go there since it was near our hotel and she thought we could get a good dairy-free meal. The Peruvian chicken was excellent (a bit too salty) and you could get a quarter chicken (choice of white or dark meat) with...two sides for an exceptionally reasonable price. My only "complaint" was that there were so many fries that I didn't have enough room to cut my chicken. The Mexican food we saw others eating also looked really good. Large menu. Staff very friendly.More

Very popular local Hispanic "fast food" restaurant. The Peruvian style rotisserie chicken is outstanding. Expect long lines during lunch hour, but service is extremely fast.

Chicken and ribs combo at a great price, with equally good flavor. Service was prompt and courteous. I will return.

Our Niece had her high school graduation party catered by Chicken Fiesta and there were way more than 30j people in attendance. The food arrived hot and they provide serving dishes, additional heat, etc.
