I have been going to this restaurant regularly for over 10 years. The food and service are always great. The amount of food you get for your money is good. There have seen negative comments about the staff (saying that the woman at the counter is rude and mean to her customers) and the quality of food. In my opinion, this these comments are not accurate. The staff (and particularly, the lady at the counter) has always been very nice and friendly to me. I recommend New Top's China to anyone who craves Chinese food if you're in the area.

I've never had a bad meal from here, I've been getting my Chinese food fix from here for over 20 years ever since I moved here from England. Woman at counter is always nice to me, although sometimes a little difficult to understand. Food is always plentiful and well priced

asked 3 times for duck sauce finally lefty without it- dumpling were mostly pasta not filling filling was bland
