Saddest meal i've had in my life

The food made me genuinely sad after eating. Like hands covering my face, sighing kind of sad. Fried rice had no flavor, white rice tasted old and chunky, and the chocolate ice cream was freezer burned, gross and hard to even scoop. Some dishes we selected were nice but couldn't outweigh the feelings from the previous dishes. I'd recommended the eggrolls, chicken and dumplings with soy sauce. Bill can be pricey depending on the plates, people you are with and drinks. Servers and staff were very sweet as well, but i don't think me and my friend will return again.

Service wasn't the best and food wasn't very fresh

While you can definitely get a variety of americanized chinese food here there is definitely a lacking of quality. The place is pretty clean and the seating area is pretty big - but the waiters aren't much help and the food isn't always the most fresh. But hey if you like americanized chinese food and are hungry, give it a try.

I've been to a couple really nice Chinese buffets, but this is definitely not one of them. They have more American food than Chinese food and the Chinese they do have isn't top quality. A lot of the food wasn't even room temperature, none of it was hot. I lost my appetite completely when I found a piece of bone in my chicken.

I visit this restaurant with my family for many years. The food and its choice is great and everyone can find something tor their taste. This place is much better than similar buffets.

Cold food and no service to speak of

The food in this place was edible, but ok many dishes stone cold. The taste was good for those hot, but definitely not great. The 4 waitresses didn’t offer any service and were loitering in the back. Instead of explaining how the service works. I think the worst place I have been for years.

The Buffett was ice cold, the tables looked like they were steaming but food was cold! The rice was so cold it was crunchy. Taste well there was none, it almost tasted frozen, no flavor and like it had been sitting around all day! Needless to say I did not try all of it. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Great place for a fast lunch

The food is pretty good and most items seem to be refreshed often. There are some interesting dishes here. There is a small selection of "western" food as well. Sushi is variety is great and all of the regular dishes are served.

Best buffet I've been to in along time! Wow! Fresh, good quality and the variety of sushi was amazing. The place was packed on this Friday afternoon, but this didn't effect the service. I would definitely recommend this place. Affordable and you can eat soooooo much food!

Went for dinner last weekend. Had to wait 5 minutes for a table. All you can eat buffet for 13.49 is a deal. The sushi selection is excellent. The fish was very fresh - shrimp and salmon. Also offered crab but did not have. Salad was ok. Lots of fried food but avoided. Chicken dishes were good. Broccoli/chicken good. Hot/sour soup not too good today. Bathroom is pretty poor and needs a complete redo. The plaza itself is finally turning around after years of neglect.

Cock Roach problem and no one seems to care

went there during lunch rush and with about 50 people (not including staff) walking around the buffet tables there were still roaches running around the food. Staff seemed less than surprised and just picked them off and stepped on them. When I said something up front (as I wanted to get out of there immediately) the manager asked if they were on the floor or the food because that was going to make the difference if he was going to charge me or not!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Called and reported them to the Board of Health... this place is clearly infested and they are aware of it... they should be closed down!!!

Best Buffet Around

I usually go here once a month, & have never had a really bad experience, though sometimes a few items, that should be hotter, are just barely warm. And if you go near closing, then you find some of the buffet items have run out, & are not available.

Definitely not my choice. Thought a Buffet dinner would be the way to go.Did fill our bellies with a large assortment Couple items were good. Establishment appeared clean and cared for. Not many patrons, and the Servers do not speak, not even whn I continued to thank them.. I did not try the sushi Never have YET...

Had a very pleasant experience

My wife, two toddlers, and I all came here for lunch. The price was very reasonable: $8.50 per adult and $2.50 per child (ages 2-5). The place was clean and the service was very good. I've been to many other similar buffets and this one is definitely near the top. They had a good variety of food and it was all quite tasty.

The price was very reasonable; $13.95/adult and the variety was good. The rest of the review heads straight down hill. There was no friendly greeting from the Waitress, simply a question...can I get you something to drink? Ummm...can we have a menu? She returned with ONE dirty drink menu...ok. We tried to make small, friendly chatter, but she had no interest in engaging in any conversation with her parties. We were glad it is buffet service; if we had to depend on table service we would have likely had an even worse experience. The restaurant closes at 9:30 so at 8:30 the waitresses begin their sidework; sweeping the floors and working around your table, while you are dining, we felt very distracted during our visit. While we were still eating the waitress left the check (it was 9pm) we didn't ask for it and we weren't done dining. So she was annoyed when I said I'd like another drink. The Waitress Staff cleared our table while we were talking and eating, leaning in front of us removing plates, napkins, silverware etc, we were clearly getting the "bums rush" out the door. Our tip for serviice? Less than $3, earned? hardly. We would not return, we felt we were not valued as customers, only our money was...there was no customer service, actually it felt like NEGATIVE customer service.
