We went to the Outback in Lowell on Tuesday night. We enjoyed the chicken quesadillas for starters. I had the steak cooked just as ordered. Others had Parmesan Crusted Chicken and No Rules Parmesan Pasta with Chicken. Service was friendly and prompt. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We skipped desert.

As I entered I went straight back to the bar area, luckily there was a few spots open. My girlfriend and I planned to get some drinks before going to the movies. We had ordered the Aussie rum punch special which for only $4 was amazing. After about 3 each we called it a night. The bartender was swift and... More

I've been to many Outback restaurants and have always been satisfied and pleased. This Lowell store was just average and I will only go to the bar for drinks in the future. Food was not fresh and hot. Service was lacking. The manager certainly wasn't on top of the wait staff or kitchen. Never saw the manager at all during... More

The food there is average, nothing special but for the price is fair. We had the onion bloom and the cheese fries which is always good. I had the bone in Ribeye, which I thought was a little too fatty. Drinks were good. Service was prompt.

We stopped by for dinner since it's conveniently located off the highway. There is also a Chili's located next door to the Outback sharing a parking lot with a movie theater, we should have chosen Chili's instead. Our server was just uninterested and absent, she didn't take notice of anything. Appetizer took a long time to arrive, she apologized but... More

I got a Cobb salad here, and got the crispy chicken on it, the chicken was all breading barely any meat, and the "chicken" i was given tasted like it was old and like it was cooked earlier in the day and then re-fried and given to me not to mention it also wasn't even hot. Very disgusted if you... More

We've recently tried Outback Steakhouse after a long absence. We were pleased with our decision. The service is friendly, the quality of the ingredients is good, and the food is cooked correctly (or they'll redo it). You get the fare you expect at a fair price. The call-ahead to get in the wait queue and the new loyalty program are... More

Food is the classic from Outback, nothing special. Service is poor; waiters are very quick, not really pay attention to the customer, just get ting the order and go. My rate is average because the price/quality is just sufficient; for sure it is not a restaurant I will select for a dinner with guests and/or customers. It is good for... More

Got the Outback Special. Couldn't cut it. I'm not sure if the knife was that dull or the steak that tough. And the "loaded" potato was only warm and barely had any bacon, chives etc. Didn't send the food back because I got the feeling there was more of the same out back. Won't be back soon.

While our waiter was a nice guy, he missed on a few points like recommending the Outback Burger. While the meat was ok, it had a very pre-fabricated once frozen feel to it, my burger roll was crumbly dry and over-aged. I guess that it is a steak house but usually expect burgers to be good at those places.
