We had a fabulous evening at Puritan & Company! This was a birthday celebration dinner and I'm thrilled with the choice. Fabulous food. Great Service! We shared several appetizers and I highly recommend the steak tartare as well as the burrata. The tartare was so beautifully presented, with nicely cut steak and tiny dollops of egg yolk for such a... More

Booked this for a work dinner. We had a private room, although that wasn't necessary as the restaurant was not very noisy. Very good drinks selection with a lot of craft beers and an excellent selection of organic wines. Also a lot of unusual spirits and aperitifs. Much of the food is "farm to fork" and very well presented. Staff... More

This was my first visit to this restaurant. It was a Sunday and we were in the mood for brunch. Since we arrived late afternoon we did not have to wait for a table. The friend I went with said it gets pretty crowded. We were greeted by a cheery, friendly soul who showed us our table. I ordered the... More

I went for my birthday dinner with my husband. We had great service, it was a nice atmosphere, and the food was really good. I was surprised at the inventiveness of the dishes. We'll definitely return!

I have to be honest, I only booked this place because I was having a hard time finding a reservation for 6 for Sunday brunch at other hot spots. The reviews here seemed good but this place exceeded expectations. First, the decor is amazing; love the bathrooms, the Mason jar light fixture, the seating and tables, the table linens. Service... It was the first time we were having dinner at Puritan & Co and we had a great evening. Definitely our best dinner for a long time. All the dishes were excellent and original. The octopus and chorizo, the halibut, the seared scallops were all very tasteful with very subtle flavors. The wine list is outstanding and full of surprises.... More

Cotton Mather would be appalled at the rich deliciousness and fun on offer at Puritan. Is octopus with chorizo and squid ink Puritan? Is duck breast on lentils with cooked-just-right-carrots Puritan? Is gin with cinnamon and lime Puritan? Reverend Dimmesdale says NO, but I say YES. A wonderful meal.

We sat at the bar because there were no reservations available. The bar show was great. I enjoyed watching the bartender make the drinks, including mine which he made from ingredients I told him I liked. My daughter and I shared the lobster rolls and the seared scallops. Both were wonderful. We had a devil's food cake that topped most... More

Excellent food, I got the duck and my wife got the scallops, both were fantastic. We also got the ramp and cabbage pancake which I was hesitant about but was probably the best thing we ate. Waitress was not the most friendly but was actually incredibly knowledgeable about the menu so I still rate her great. Huge beer and wine... More
