The Kimpton Marlowe in Cambridge is just simply 'spectacular'. I work in Cambridge and some evenings when the weather is bad or I don't want to wait in traffic for hours, I will rest my head here. Each time I've visited (about 4 now) I am greeted with open arms by the front desk. Everyone that I've met at the... More

I picked this restaurant because I knew Kimpton Hotels were pet friendly and I was traveling with my dog. I called ahead to ask if I could bring my dog into the lobby and order food to go. They told me I could and offered to watch my dog at the reception desk for $20/hr if I chose to eat... More

This is pretty good restaurant. The food is creatively prepared and the service is pretty good. But it's the only good restaurant in this part of Cambridge, so it's a very busy place with a very long wait time for a table if you don't reserve ahead of time.

I waited out in the lobby for the restaurant to open at 5:30pm for dinner. The social hour was happening. So I sat at the bar, when the restaurant opened. Chris was my bartender. He was great. Because I had kimpton rewards I was able to get the chef's choice. It was a chicken liver patte. I have never had... More

I went into the restaurant with my son and sat at the bar .The service was terrible and the bartender Patrick should be fired. Look around the first clue should be hardly any customers..I urge anyone to go elsewhere so many great places all within walking distance

Hello Mr. Munsey, We take our relationship with our staff and guests very seriously. Kimpton Hotel and Restaurants has strong ties to the LGBTQ community and derogatory language is not accepted in our restaurant. It's a fine food restaurant where you can eat nice mini lobster rolls. Nothing wrong. It's expensive and probably they can do more for catching our attention and our taste. Unfortunately waiter seems to want make your dinner as fast as you can. But I noticed is usual everywhere in Boston. Please, Italian people (and many others) love to enjoy... More

Inside the tres chic Hotel Marlowe in Cambridge, Massachusetts is this fun little restaurant called Bambara. It has a really nice atmosphere - laid back, but sophisticated - and good food, good service. Worth a visit.

I stayed at the hotel connected to Bambara so ate breakfast here and also had a drink at the bar. The staff was great and the food was good.

Bambara was a very nice hotel restaurant. We ordered the Charcuterie board for $15 but ended up being let down. The snappys lobster tortellini was very tasty but light on lobster. Biggest problem was communicating with the breakfast waitstaff as many are foreign and still struggling with language.

Our server Ramina was amazing, She was so pleasant and took my allergies very seriously. She was very attentive and warm. We had dinner Tuesday 12-27. The food was kind of all over the place. Duck pasta lacked seasoning, and the bouillabaisse was to non traditional for me. Where is the tomato base? Also when visiting Boston its nice to... More
