I hate to encourage more people to come here as it is crowded enough already but this place is special and, if you are in the area, you should not miss it.

One of the best! Really good food. SOFRA IS A TURKISH WORD THAT MEANS A PICNIC, A SPECIAL TABLE PREPARATION OF FOOD OR A SMALL SQUARE KILIM RUG FOR EATING. The staff are very polite and efficient.. Price is reasonable. Parking spot available. You can sit in it out.

I saw this place on "Unique Sweets" and thought I would check it out on my last trip to Boston. It did not disappoint. We tried earthquake cookies, tahini donut, macaroons, and a few other items, but hands down, my favorite was the chocolate hazelnut baklava! Amazing- the chocolate was rich and fruity with the hazelnut, and incredible with coffee.... More

Incredible - unpretentious - outstanding. Creative combinations of flavors extremely well-executed. Turkish cuisine updated and re-invented. Worth the uber ride ..do not miss..the rose raspberry rhubarb pastry .. You cannot go wrong here ..

Great venue for breakfast, lunch or brunch. Not sure what we had today from all the above. But it was delicious. Don't be intimidated by the queue. It flows very rapidly and soon your savoring a "Turkish delight". A hole in a big Wall, a very interesting and pleasant experience. Order whatever you want. Tasty. You will also find many... More

What a treat! Delicious, nice spices, beautiful aromas, not ordinary, supper fun, great Turkish coffee, Persian donut and shakshuka. Highly recommended if you are looking for tasty food that is beyond the typical American breakfast.

Stopped for lunch and had the hummus platter and a pastry, both of which were excellent! The place is small but worth the wait. It was a nice change from the normal lunch fare.

Sofra's foids and service always excites me and offers a thrill. Yes, it's often a bit crowded and buzzy, but all the gracious folks behind the counter make you feel special and embraced - and the flavor and tastes are spirited and lively... My most recent discovery was a steaming creamy cup of sahlep, the Turkish hot and sustaining drink... More
