A beautiful unexpected surprise on the north coast. Loved the food (soup, trout salad and steak sandwich my favorites!) the beautiful atmosphere and decor. The coloring kit for the kids was very much appreciated!

Cozy, cute farm house type restaurant. One of the better meals we had in Iceland. They give you a free second serving on the soup which is nice. I recommend.

The ferry at Landeyahöfn would be 2h late and the staff recommended this place for lunch while we waited. Gamla fjosid (Old Cow) is a 20' drive W and a nice green salad with langoustines was well worth it.

The restaurant has ramps for wheelchairs both on the inside and outside and should be accessible to everyone. You might need to drive up near the entrance for easier access for a wheelchair
