Four of us met after work for dinner and drinks. We each got something different to try a sample between us. Everything was good. We had three different burgers between us and each was good in it own way. I will definitely go back.

Hiding a bit in the center, you will find this place. A burger/sports bar. Staff is very friendly and prices are fair. I got the Blake & Blue burger and is was sooo tasty. The rest of the family tried the cheesburger and wraps, and...they loved it too.More

So I am giving Arlingtons 2 stars because in the past the food has been amazing, however, this most recent experience was really terrible. Apps were bland and no flavor. Order a mix drink that was so strong I could not even drink it. Waitress...brought another quickly which was nice. Ordered grilled cheese and it was soggy and tasted like someone had made one yesterday and they just reheated it. Also, I got home and woke up at 1 am not feeling well. I can’t say for sure but since whatever it was went away in 12 hours and came on suddenly 5 hours after I ate..... texted my friend in the morning and she had the same issues. Step up your game Arlingtons!!!More

So sorry to hear that happened to you. We obviously strive for a much higher standard of food and service. I know we can make mistakes and have an off table here and there but we diligently try to avoid making any mistakes. I will...More

We pulled this place out of the sky and decided to try it. Parking looked iffy with a few off street spots, but the office across the street allows a few spaces too. Inside, it was sort of interesting. Staff was very pleasant and professional....The lowest point was a Diet Coke my wife ordered that was so syrupy it was near-undrinkable. Not sure if they had a bad mix or if it’s always like that. However, after that point everything went straight up. Wife had an avocado and orange salad with grilled chicken that she absolutely loved and said there were several others she would like to try. I had an order of wings which to my confusion, were cooked differently depending on bone-in or not. I wanted the battered, but that only came in boneless. Still don’t get it. Anyway, had the bone-in wings with garlic Parmesan... they were great. Loved them. Had a small Caesar salad with it that had a dressing that was not creamy, didn’t think I’d like it... it was excellent too. So great food if unexpected, surprisingly low prices, interesting if quirky waitress. This place was the anti-Springfield style restaurant; average serving sized with excellent quality food instead of piles of mediocre. We will definitely be back for another round.More

Thank you so much!! We really appreciate the positive review! I do apologize for the flat or syrupy Diet Coke, we have had small issues recently from one of the fountains but it is resolved now. Very glad you liked our staff and food and...More

What a charming place and surprisingly affordable. We took an Amtrak day drip from St. Louis to see the Lincoln sites. As we walked back toward the station, restaurant after restaurant were closed. Google maps showed Arlington's around the corner so we have it a...try. Delicious food. Unique decor. Extremely kind waiter who was on his game.More

Creative & fun decor. We had the blackened chicken wrap & black & blue burger. Both were delish! Will go again!

We have talked of trying Arlington’s for some time, now we don’t know what took us so long. Friends stopped thru and wanted to eat downtown so we decided to try it. Great burgers, creative choices. The buns were perfectly toasted, choice of either pretzel...or brioche. Nice salads and other side items. Our cocktails were pretty good as well. We’ll definitely go back.More

I've been here for dinner, weddings and events. It's such a cool building with such creative decor. I love when old buildings are repurposed and fixed up while retaining some history. The food is great and well priced and there is a great 2nd floor...space for events, wedding receptions etc that has it's own bar. A must visit if you're downtown Springfield!More

This is a great downtown watering hole with a fantastic vibe and atmosphere. The menu is upscale bar fare and it is done very well. A little pricey but not overly so. Great selection of beers and specialty cocktails. Can get very crowded and yes,...parking is a bit of a concern. We had excellent service and overall a very positive experience. Would definitely return on my next trip to Springfield. GO Jr Blues!!!More

Other than the parking - this place is a keeper. Service was outstanding. Food was great - and *very* filling. I had the Club sandwich .... stacked high. I'm a big boy and have a big boy's appetite and this sarnie was all I could...handle. My only quibble, other than the parking - which gets better after 5 PM - was the lack of lighting. Hard to read the menu. But, our server illuminated the menu with her cell phone light and save the day. We'll definitely be back ... armed with our own flashlight.More
