This place has great BBQ - chicken, pulled pork, beef brisket, ribs, and smoked sausage. I really like the steamed broccoli and baked potatoes. They also have a wonderful chocolate cake for dessert. Make sure you join the Bones Club and look for coupons, because you can build up your points on the card for absolutely free food at any... More

I got the Double Trouble. Ribs, fireroasted corn cinnamon apples and garlic toast All were A+. It is a little off highway but well worth your time.

We enjoyed dinner very much . The vast menu selections took some time to make our dining decision. We started with wines , side salads and dine on smoked chicken and the brisket . Service was attentive and our meals were timely . This is a high energy , chain eatery . A neighborhood gem

I was staying at the Comfort Suites across the road, and so I ordered dinner on the Smokey Bones website for take-out. I ordered a plain cheeseburger and fries. That's it. My confirmation said it would be ready at 5. So that's when I walked over there, but the person waiting on me commented that I was "early" and it... More

Ten years ago I chanced upon the Smokey Bones in Colonie, NY and loved it. Since then I have kept my eye open while traveling but had not found another until Springfield. The decor has changed since Darden sold the chain. So too, the addition of big screen sports and some changes to the menu have accumulated over the years.... More

My husband and I were both in Springfield for business purposes so we met up for dinner on a Monday night before heading to our hotels for the evening. We both thought the food was delicious: he had a rib combination plate and I had a turkey burger from the build your own burger menu. Unfortunately the service was average... More

my waitress was DEE DEE, very friendly and nice. My food was amazing I had the lunch dinner but also wanted to try their wings since I've never been here before along with 1/4 bbq chicken. The wings hands down were absolutely AMAZING. The hostess was a gentleman very nice as well. Lots of seating here with about a dozen... More

The menu offers many choices. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is always served hot and fresh. The flavor is outstanding. I love the BBQ baked beans. I often get the Two Favorites Create Your Own Combo and go with the perfectly spiced sausage and the chicken tenders.

We were in Springfield for a concert and stopped here for a quick meal and beer. Great service, food and beer. Lots of TV screens all over the place, especially the bar area. My wife and I split an order of beef brisket...that and the sides were plenty for the two of us. One think to know....the only difference between... More

Most of my traveling is for business. And I travel alone, so when I go out for dinner, I virtually always sit at the bar. So it is as Smokey Bones. I am in Springfield any where from three to six times a year and always stay at a hotel just across the Smokey Bones parking lot. Bones has been... More
