Good filling omelettes and breakfast. Ordered online and paid online. And took takeout. Had to ask for plastic ware. Make sure you do, else you won’t get it. Was ready on time. Toasts (cinnamon raisin and designer bread was good) Did get our sides mixed...up for each order. A bit pricey, but good meal.More

Stopped in here for breakfast about 10:00 am. Very busy but I got great attention, quick, friendly, and competent. Ivy was my server and couldn’t have been nicer. The menu has good variety and my breakfast had average serving sizes (that’s good), so I am...not way overstuffed but believe me, it was enough :)! All my food was great! I had eggs with cheese, corn beef hash, grits with cheese and bacon and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!More

While visiting Omaha, I had lunch at Jimmy's Egg with a co-worker. The food was very good as well as the atmosphere. The service was quick. During my visit, I lost my watch. When the restaurant was contacted to see if anyone had turned in...the watch, believe it or not, it was there. These are good, honest people with integrity. I will dine at Jimmy's Egg everytime I'm in Omaha,More

I was by myself this week and decided to get a bite at Jimmy's. The place was somewhat busy, but I was pointed to a table. The waitress who served tables around me, looked and saw me, but didn't come over. One other waitress asked...if I wanted coffee, I said yes. That was within 5 min. Then nothing for 15 min. I waived at my waitress, again she looked but didn't come. Another lady asked if I wanted to order, I did, 10 min before my order was taken by the coffee lady. 30 min in, two cups of coffee, Food was quick, however two items had to be send back, they where wrong. During this time, my waitress that had my table assigned, I asked, was Heidi. She was attentive to every table with more then just one customer, and busy with a cook, yet never seen me, not even when I raised my hand. Looks like unless a larger party tip is involved, Miss Heidi can't be bothered. Bad business practicesMore

We were given a coupon to try this establishment for breakfast. We came at the most busiest time of the day i think--it was busy -busy -busy We were seated at the counter as their was seating there. Our wait staff was excellent--she came us...our drinks very soon and it was fun to watch the kitchen. They did have a guy dispatching orders quickly but they still sat to long under lights that don't quite keep your food hot. My eggs were lukewarm and bacon that is fried very early in the day and sat under the lights was not very good-the only thing that was good was the hash browns. My husbands order was also lukewarm. Too bad--Omaha needs a great restaurant for breakfast. I dislike lukewarm foodMore

First the bad. It was busy and 30 minutes after ordering we asked about our food. They lost our order. Now the good. Without asking (and we weren't even acting upset), they comped our meal. Everyone, and every restaurant, makes a mistake every now and...then. Those with integrity take ownership of the mistake and make it right. That is exactly what this restaurant did today. Congratulations!More
