My husband and I stopped in for lunch and then dinner on another occasion. We enjoyed super fresh salads and appetizers as well as very nice glasses of wine. We were able to sit outside each time although the inside tables looked nice as well as there are many shelves with bottles of wine to view. Would definitely recommend for... More

Love visiting La Buvette as a couple because we are in no hurry and want time alone for a late dinner. Took the family for dinner at an earlier hour (7ish) and it was frustrating to wait so long for simple things like water, bread and our wine. This place is authentic down to the service - no hurry, not... More

Jake the waiter flip us off. We sat down at the patio and he was mad because we stack up the two plates that was there. Really rude and never in my life been treated this way.

We were excited to find a table just as we walked in the door. Unfortunately, the service was TERRIBLE. It seemed that there were only three servers on the floor and they were hustling, but they were extremely understaffed, as there was no extra staff to serve water or bus tables. That might have been acceptable, as the day was... More

We stopped here for drinks and hors d'oeuvres on our yearly stop to Omaha. This is a nice place with a resonably good view of the Old Market, but the outdoor seating is extremely limited as there are only a few tables. The drinks were very nice but the hor's d'oeuvres were really quite overpriced. Beware! The interior is beautiful... More

Quiet and relaxing after a day of sightseeing in Omaha. Wonderful food and extensive wine selection. Great service. A must if in Omaha!

Amid the hustle and bustle of Omaha Old Town, La Buvette , provides a place to sit and relax while trying one of their excellent wines and a variety of small plate charcuteries, breads, cheeses, and other European treats. Indoor and outdoor seating is available both with their own brand of charm. A favorite local place for a light lunch.

My husband and I enjoyed La Buvette and especially loved the wine selection. It was a treat to be able to browse the selections stacked along the walls and throughout the space and to pull a bottle for our meal. We’d been looking for some time to try a bottle of wine from Lirac after reading about the region and... More

Hit up this place for a dinner around 9:30 but kitchen was closed. The waiter did let me get a cheese plate which I enjoyed with a few selections of wine. Stilton was really good with what tasted like homemade bread. Plate came with usual, grapes, onions, pickles.

Thank Nicq
