We really liked the pizza, not exactly like the crust in Chicago but otherwise better than any pizza like this in Omaha. Chips and salsa were good but not great. But we won't be eating inside again for a while. Both the waitresses didn't wear...masks. Our waitress said she had some condition that prevented her from wearing 1. I don't think it's acceptable for people who have a condition like that to be working as a waitress right now and I'm surprised a restaurant manager would allow it. It seems unbelievable that both waitresses would have this type of condition. So if we do return it will be for carryout only.More

The pan pizza is so thick and cheesy. It takes about 45 minutes to cook. But very tasty. Get extra of the toppings because the tomato sauce is overpowering and you will not taste toppings. Also one slice is much more filling than regular pizza....Thin crust was just average. Nothing special.More

This is one of my favorites! Delicious cheesy pizza. It is very reasonably priced once you discover that a medium can fully satisfy four people. It does take a while to prepare as it is deep dish but it is worth the wait.

There were nine of us (4 adult 5 young children) for dinner so I got to sample each of the pizzas we ordered (3 different large) as well as having a salad that was good and drinks. Basically, everything was just overpriced for what you...get. The Chicago style deep dish meat eater pizza was more about sauce than anything else and that's Ok if it had some degree of equal amounts of meats and cheese but it also lacked in flavor and this carried over to the other pizzas as well. The service, atmosphere and location were all great and to some degree offsets the high pricing and average at best pizza. Would I go back, probably not as I have had better pizza and for a better price.More

I tried this Chicago style deep dish pizza a couple of times. The sauce is bland and there is not enough meat or cheese to the pizzas. Just not enough flavor overall. Just not impressed at all.

I've been on search of good Chicago style deep dish in our area for quite some time. My spouse and I made the trek from Lincoln to Omaha just for this pizza which was well worth it. The long wait time didn't bother us because...the end result was a delicious, fresh, high quality product but if you have children with you I would suggest calling ahead with your order so it's ready when you arrive. We can't wait to eat here again.More

Family ran business and are very friendly. I have tried the Flying Tomato and the Chicago pizza and I liked the Chicago better. Big difference between the two is the Chicago is a thicker heavier crust and the Flying Tomato has a thinner more buttery...crust so it depends on your liking. The Wing Zings were awesome and the blue cheese with them was some of best I ever had.More

Had a coupon so tried this restaurant or and was glad I did. We had the wing zing wings, best with ranch and a Greek pizza with the flying tomato crust. Both were delicious. The crust was flaky and buttery. The flavored was good. Would...like to try a traditional Chicago deep crust next.More

Ordered the Chicago style pizza. Wish they told us it took so long to bake. With two little children in tow, a suggestion from the waitress for breadsticks would have been greatly appreciated. It was like other Chicago style pizzas that I have had. They...are very filling and can be a little doughy. We also ordered a thin crust der bomberg. We liked the topping flavors on that one but thought the thin crust lacked flavor. We would also have liked a bit more meat on the pizzas. That seemed a bit skimpy.More

If you really want some of the best pizza on the market, this is the place. Some of the best pizza I've ever eaten and I've eaten a lot of pizza. Nice server, too, but he did not tell us why it took 50 minutes...to cook to large pizzas. There must have been a problem with our order as others that came in after us got served before us. But we were with great company, so we did not complain. I will definitely go back.More
