Our group of five looked at the menu and picked Vincenzo's for our Valentine's Day Weekend dinner. We started with the tomato bisque soup, which was amazing! We ordered the following meals - Fettuccini Alfredo, Mahi Franco, Manacotti, Baked Ravioli, and Chicken Piccata - all...were outstanding! The Mahi was a huge portion and SO GOOD! Our server Madison made our visit even better, what an amazing asset! We were full, but also got dessert - cannoli - not our favorite, creme brule - really good, and the molten chocolate cake ($9 - eek) but good. We would definitely visit Vincenzo's the next time we are in Omaha!More

There is a shortage of great Italian places in West Omaha. So I was hoping that all the cars parked outside this place meant good food. Tried it for dinner back in July 2019, very bad. So tried it again wanting to be fair in...November by myself for dinner. Found it expensive and poor dish. So finally my wife said maybe its just us because they had great crowds almost every night. We tried again and had happy hour of past dishes. The red sauce we both felt was bland ( thats kind by the way) and the Ravioli was cooked to hard shells you could build houses with. Thats enough tries. Look elsewhere.More

Spoiler alert: It's the people. The food is good, and consistent at Vincenzo's. We've been here half a dozen times or so, infrequently over the years. BUT, I will not be going back without sitting in Kevin's section. Assuming the other wait staff is wonderful...as well, this guy is on another level. The food: There are a lot of great entrees to choose from and we've never been disappointed. On this occasion, it was chicken pesto for her and the special of the evening, large scallops served with bow tie pasta, veggies and a light tomato cream sauce for me. Both really enjoyable, scallops were just mildly overcooked but still had great flavor. Next time, we'll forego the toasted ravioli appetizer and probably have room for dessert. We did take the cannolis home. Not a cannoli expert by any means but I thought they were quite good. The service, and this guy named Kevin: Kevin takes your experience from 'eating' to 'dining' as any good waiter should. His personality is electric, his knowledge of the menu is spectacular and his professionalism is perfectly on point. See comment above about the scallops: I seriously believe they were more enjoyable because of the way they were described and presented. If I were in the restaurant business in Omaha, my business and staff would be built around this fella and I would have a line out the door. Grazie to Vincenzo's and to Kevin. We'll be back soon.More

I live nearby, and came in with my spouse, adult sibling and mother for dinner at a tried and true local restaurant. We started with the calamari (always a winner) which was rubbery. We all had salads with the house Italian dressing (several of us...had blue cheese crumbles). No complaints with the salads. As for the main course....My sister had a salmon entree that she said was very good. Two of us had the chicken rosemary ravioli entree, which has been our “go-to” dish for many years. The chicken was hard to cut, and the sauce was more like soup. The inside of the ravioli also had no flavor. The fourth entree was the Pasta Primavera. It was bland...not bad, but not good. The vegetables were not of expected quality. We dined on a Thursday evening in early October. There’s too many other options for consistent, good food in West Omaha. I doubt I’ll be back anytime soon.More

We recently moved back to Omaha after 3 years in Florida. The first place I wanted to eat was Vincenzo's; THE BEST shirmp scampi I ever had, I could not wait to have it! The sauce was the same, however, the dish was completely changed....They used to serve it in a bowl with angel hair pasta and 4 large shrimp. They now serve it on a plate with half the amount of pasta and a side of veggies. When I order pasta I want pasta! We went back a 2nd time and I asked for extra pasta and no veggies, I got no veggies as requested, but no extra pasta! And I forgot to mention that the shrimp seemed much smaller. Very disappointing because I loved that place!More

I was in town from Virginia with other friends from across the US celebrating a long-time friend. She suggested this restaurant since it was near her home and took reservations. We found the place to be welcoming and ready to serve us. The wait staff...was informative and helpful in providing menu choices for those with dietary restrictions and everyone was more than pleased with their individual entrees. We were also able to meet one of the owners who provided us some background on the restaurant's history which provided a nice personal touch.More
