We haven’t been back since we moved to Arizona so we wanted to try it on our summer visit. Have kept the decor in wonderful condition and the food was delicious. Chris was our server and although new at brothers he obviously had server experience....He was absolutely outstanding which made our dining experience perfect. Three had the prime rib and I had the sirloin with grilled chicken breast. The salad bar was open and was extensive and delicious. Very pleased with everything from start to finish.More

First time visit; we went for a birthday dinner. Terrific steaks, but the atmosphere was somewhat dark and dreary. Salad bar was only adequate. The service was fine.

Unusual yet great atmosphere. An Omaha institution. One of the owners chatted with me on way out. Told him first time in Omaha and we picked his restaurant for our first Omaha steak. Best ribeye ever!

Brother Sebastian's was recommended to us and it was an excellent recommendation! We made reservations (recommended) and arrived a bit before our reserved time. We were greeted by a friendly host and seated soon after. Our waitress brought glasses of water very quickly asking if...there was anything else we'd like to drink. We ordered our meals and made our way to the salad bar (which was delicious). The steaks and sides were exceptional and our waitress was very attentive. We will definitely visit this establishment again when we are in the Omaha area.More

This is not a 5 star steakhouse. If you like places like Gorats, Farmer Browns, and Johnny's Cafe this place you will like. I imagine the 5 star reviews are coming from people who have not tried true 5 star experiences. I've dined at almost...every venue in the Omaha area. In 20 years never here. First time customer. You arrive at a shady location in a strip mall next to an Asian massage parlor. Our reservations were for 7pm and it was already dark outside. There were no lights in the parking lot, it was very dark and hard to see. I had difficulty parking because each vehicle was parked outside of the parking lanes which couldn't seen anyway. We were early so we sat at the bar for a pre dinner drink. The bar is nice and we liked that area. About 15 minutes passed and we were escorted to our seats. We passed by the restrooms on the left and there was a salad bar on the right across from the restrooms as I caught a whiff of really bad odor coming from the restroom. We waited 10 minutes to be greeted by our waiter. Noticing this, I immediately asked for the wine list and ordered wine to get the ball rolling. Feeling rushed I did not get a good look at the wine list. Another 15 minutes pass and it was noticeable he was slammed with 4 tables at once. His service was good but his host messed up. I ordered the Ribeye with the vegetable of the day and mashed potatoes with the only salad option- the salad bar. My wife ordered the Ribeye with the same. She also ordered the Lobster Bisque to start. My wife wanted a salad but refuses to eat at buffets for health reasons. I wanted a Caesar salad but it was not an option. Her lobster bisque took 20 minutes; it was bland and tasteless. The pre dinner bread was cold, dry, and tasteless. Both of our steak cuts were superb, cooked perfectly to our liking with outstanding flavor. Vegetable and potato sides were small portions but had plenty of flavor. The potatoes were not mashed as described on the menu and by the waiter but were instead liquified or pureed. We shared a room with 2 other tables and could hear both of their conversations. I assume they could hear us as well. The elevator music was good but a bit quiet. Lighting was ok. We didn't mind the monk outfits. Getting in and out of our booth seats was challenging because these are church pews and they are closer to the floor compared with regular booths. The room next door to this one is the bathroom and we could hear the door to the bathroom every time it opened and shut. We discussed how to rate this and if we would return during our 25 minute drive back home. The steak was great. But it's not enough. I think there is a handful of easy changes that can be made to bump this up to 4 stars but that advice does not come free.More

What a place. What is not to love about a steak house dressed up like a monastery? It really was awesome though. Would go again!

Decent meal. Bread tasted like it was made early this morning. NY strip was ok, cooked as requested but not a prime cut. Nice salad bar mask and hand sanitizer required but large group after me not one sanitized their hands. Neat atmosphere, once was...nice probably not again.More

I 'd check with management. You can probably make a reservation for a party of 40, but I don't know that you would be accommodated in a private room. Part of the pleasure of eating there is making your way to the room full... More
