Interesting menu and fairly well cooked, but slow, inattentive and forgetful service which then turned to surly when questioned or reminded. Go somewhere else.

Our hotel sent us to this small typically French garden restaurant. We were told it was a fixed menu (veal) which we did not like but they had no problem serving Turbot grilled...it was excellent. The ambiance is just what you look for and honestly so much more interesting than the line up along the river. I noted that most... More

Outstanding food, from a fixed menu served in beautiful surroundings. This was a very laid back relaxing lunch with a bottle of Rose (a Provence staple). Cost is a little high (110 euros for two of us) but if you are going to splurge this would be a good place to start.

My husband and I spent our first night in Provence at this restaurant. It was recommended to us by the owner of La Maison Sur La Sorgue. They had a delicious champagne (Billecart Salmon) that started our night off right! The fish was fresh and accompanied by some delicious sauces. The menu is fixed price but they are willing to... The Jardin du Quai has a set lunch menu and luckily for us the choice was saddle of lamb on our visit on May 22nd. It was one of the most flavourful pieces of lamb I have ever eaten and was presented on a mound to finely diced spring vegetables. The starter was marinated trout with avocado and coriander seeds... This place was recommended by our hotelier (la Maison sur la Sorgue) . The chef has worked at Michelin starred places but just wants a less stressful life. We sat out in an absolutely classic French garden setting, like somewhere where Monet or Pissarro might have visited for their birthday. The food was not over-fiddly French cuisine but was absolutely... More

We enjoyed a very nice lunch at this restaurant a few weeks ago. It was a set menu with a mushroom tart followed by cod with vegetables and a dessert of meringue in a citron sauce with raspberry sorbet. Everything was very good and the service excellent. The dining room is very nice.

Made lunch booking for the Saturday of the great Easter Antiques Fair. Showed up in time. Left after waiting 20 minutes in vain for someone to lead me and my wife to a table. Friendly Cafe de France on the main square saved the day.

this resturant was recommended to us by our host from la maison, and the experience was excellent. the restaurant looks good, the food is fantastic and the service is spot on. great restaurant, well done! there are 2 restaurants in le Jardin. they are owned and run by the same team. one is more formal and one is casual.

I have eaten here a half dozen times or so and really have no gripes. The food is generally excellent and very well presented. The service is attentive and professional. The wine list is a little limited but adequate. My only downside is the limited choice. You are basically limited to what chef is serving that night. Generally, I find... More
