It seems to be a mix of Greek and Italian food. The food is terrific. The service is great. The prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere seems to be the bustling Italian Restaurant down at the corner where you can never get in because it...is so busy. Highly recommend having dinner there. They close at 9 pm so you need to do some planning ahead. There are not an overabundance of tables so again you need to plan ahead and make reservations. We really enjoyed dinner there.More

This is a small restaurant in a small city, so don't expect 5 star Michelin rating. That said, Evans is a nice little restaurant with decent food and nice atmosphere. A lot of locals frequent this place. The tables are nicely set up to give...the feel of an upscale restaurant. The service is efficient and courteous. The food is reasonably priced and they have a good variety. The filet medallions seem to be popular. I tried the lamb shank and it was good....not the best I've had, but good. Yes, we would go again.More

We've stopped here for dinner each time we go to Boulder City. It's a treat--whatever you order ! Friendly and moderately priced. Can't wait to come back. If you're lucky enough to be there on "Greek Night" you won't be sorry!

Meals we had were filet medallions and grilled salmon. Both were very good. Both included choice of starch and veggies. Mixed veggies could have been better. Asparagus was not tender and green beans were cold. Service and atmosphere we're good.

From the moment we walked up we felt right at home. We were immediately greeted by the owner and Chefs daughter who is a lovely person. The food was outstanding. I loved the fresh touches of fresh fruit and vegetables with unexpected dishes. It reminded...me so much of time we spent dining in an old castle in Italy. We enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, and the service. Too bad it’s so far away from our home in S.C. or we would be regulars!More

Everyone in our group of six enjoyed lunch so much at Evan's that we went back the same night for dinner. The gyros and Greek salads were delicious at lunch. A variety of entrees were enjoyed at dinner and omg the lemoncello cake! The delightful...Marissa(sp?), daughter of the owners, was our server at dinner. She was surprised that was our second visit of the day and after a few minutes of puzzlement, and some help from others, she figured out it was her brother Kosten(sp?) who helped us earlier in the day. If Evan's weren't about 2,000 miles from my home I would be there weekly.More

How hard is it to make a club sandwich? Well, it's one of my favorites, and - believe it or not - most are kinda bland. HOWEVER, Evan's made the best one I've ever had, fresh ingredients, piled high, served fast by a super-friendly server....Ditto for my wife's enormous salad, which she LOVED. Hell, yes, we will be back!More

Nice little family restaurant in a very charming town. Even though very busy the service was fantastic. Their starter salads are some of the best we have ever had. The Greek was especially good. The entrees came fast and were very good. I had some...of the best liver and onions ever, and the pork chops were huge and tender but a little bland. Overall the food and service was impeccable and the prices were fair, $14-$16 for our entrees.More
