Really impressive beer selection to go with really good burgers. Space indoors is not large but they do have space for music and dancing. Outdoors is large and has green live fence and trees plus dam implements. Always lively and everyone friendly. Great to feel safe while out for a brew!

Thanks for hanging out with us! It makes us feel great to hear you like the food, beers, service and atmosphere. You mentioned our beer garden. We'll actually be doing a lot of work on it in the coming months. As the premier locale in Boulder City, we're really proud of the beer garden, and we think we can make... More

The black angus brew burger was good - it comes with fresh cut fries. The brat with kraut was good and it also comes with fries. We ordered onion rings, which came with a mild chipotle dipping sauce. We thought they were great. We had the pilsner beer which was good, but not my favorite. We will come back when... More

Thanks for stopping by our little brewery! I'm glad you enjoyed the food and beer. I'm with you, our pilsner is a solid beer, but certainly not my favorite. I think our Hell's Hole Hefeweizen is the best of our signature beers. We do have 18 drafts so everyone should find something they love! We look forward to seeing y'all... More

Went to a tour at Hoover Dam, on our return, we decided to stop at BDBC for a beer. Service was extremely slow, (not during the lunch time). Decided to order some food, received it and it was all cold. Should have returned it. Didn't. My mistake. Avoid, avoid and avoid.

I'm so sorry we dropped the ball! Obviously, you don't stay in business, and grow by leaps and bounds, for ten years by delivering slow service and cold food! I wish you had returned it, received proper food and service and asked to speak to a manager. That being said, none of this should have happened in the first place,... More

Anyone who enjoys good beer should avoid this place! My wife chose an 11 glass sample tray. They were all absolutely disgusting! Craft beer? Ughh! Maybe europeans have not developed a taste for beer "a la Starbucks" - can you imagine Chocolate Reaper Stout "perfectly balanced with English East Kent Goldings and German Target hops. Then we went crazy… cocoa,... More

I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your visit to our little brewery. I have no real response to your considering our six glass sample tray "disgusting", our 100% Angus burgers "tasteless" and our wings not worth trying. 75% of our reviews are four and five stars. We're gonna keep working hard, having fun and earning those loyal customers. Cheers, Todd Cook... More

Four of us stopped in for lunch and drinks. Service was very slow. We ordered a trailer of sample drinks that the pub brewed. Six samples were brought over and they all tasted horrible. I had ordered a separate drink and I could not drink it. I asked the waitress if they had anything in house that they did not... More

Thanks for stopping by our little brewpub, though I'm terribly sorry we let you down! That you didn't care for our beers is upsetting. We've won a lot of awards and are very popular, but everyone has their own preferences. One of the great things about craft brewing is so many breweries producing so many unique beers. We do carry... Great little brewpub and fun stop for anyone in the area visiting Hoover Dam. The employees are friendly and welcoming. I'm not a microbrewery fan but my husband is and he was able to get a sample before ordering. There is a beautiful outdoor seating area. Great location.

Thanks for stopping by our little brewpub! I'm glad y'all enjoyed yourselves. We love our location, like you said, it's a great spot. It's our staff, however, that sets us apart, in my opinion. I'm glad you found us friendly and welcoming. If you're back in the area, we'd love another opportunity to impress you. Cheers, Todd Cook Bru Guru More

Great place to relax and unwind.Sat on outdoor patio which is perfect at this time of the year.We had the sampler which consisted of six of their own brewed beers.Overall the beers were good with the chocolate stout being very unique in this respect that it had hot peppers fermented in it.Very different not to everyones taste. The flat bread appertizer... Thanks for visiting our little brewpub! I'm glad y'all had a good time. With respect to the Chocolate Reaper Stout, you're right - it's not for everyone! That was our first chili beer, and I admit to overdoing the heat. Next time! As far as a glitch with your appetizer order, yeah, no one's perfect. That we made everything very... More

My IPA and my partener's Red Ale were both tasteless. Brew master should check flavor more frequently. Philly cheese steak only ok; blue burger good because the chef cooked it rare for me.

Thanks for stopping by our little brewery! I'm sorry our brews didn't Wow you. One of the greatest aspects of the craft industry is the massive variety. Rode down from St. George, Utah & Mesquite, Nevada with some friends. By the time we arrived it was time for a brew and food. The service was excellent. The chili I ate was good not great. Thanks for riding down to our little brewery! I'm glad you enjoyed the food, brews and service. With regards to spice/heat, it's always a fine line to walk because people have such different tastes. Got to sample six home brews, five of which were awesome and the sixth just a bit peppery for my liking. Service was friendly and typical pub-style grub was 'not too miss'.

Thanks for stopping by our little brewpub! I'm glad you enjoyed the brews, food and, especially, the service. The "peppery" beer is our Chocolate Reaper, a stout modeled after Mexican hot chocolate with Carolina Reaper chilies, and you're right - it's spicy! If we choose to brew this tasty beer again, I'm going to reduce the amount of chilies; it... More

Description
Located in the heart of the historic Old Town district, Boulder Dam Brewing Co. Is Boulder City's first and only brewpub. Located across the street from the Boulder Dam Hotel, the brewery is less than five miles from Lake Mead and less than eight from Hoover Dam. Practically a museum in itself, the brewery features decor and fixtures from the 1930's, silent films made during the construction of the dam, actual pieces of equipment used during the construction and a myriad of art depicting Boulder City's beginnings and brewing from the period.

A destination for locals and visitors alike, Boulder Dam Brewing serves up six original pub-brewed beers at a time. The 40-barrel system allows the flexibility to offer many unique styles, from refreshing Pilsners to hoppy Pale Ales to creamy Stouts. Food ranges from traditional pub fare to salads, burgers and sandwiches. The brewpub also carries a great selection of wines and non-alcoholic beverages. With plenty of seating inside, and a beautiful beer garden outside, it's the perfect place to stop by for a pint and a bite.
