Have gone a few times when I stop in Anchorage. Luckily the staff is only at the counter, they are never very friendly....my mistake for not knowing the salsa was not included..sorry for asking questions. BUT fortunately the food is amazing. Just walking by and looking in the window at the food is what drew me in. The food is... More

This has always been my mom's favorite place to get lunch for years since it's healthy... We always order the spicy chicken sandwich with the tortilla chips and for .75 cents extra their homemade salsa!! SOOOOO good, and satisfying. Their service is good also, and the place is always clean. I recommend if you want a healthy lunch w/ a... More

Near REI and Alaska club, Middle Way has great healthy food, decent coffee, an interesting menu, nice bakery, long waits on weekend mornings and worth it. Great place to meet the folks you haven't seen for awhile. People are friendly and often share the crowded tables. Kids welcome. Local artworks on display.

I've had slow service here on multiple occasions, even when ordering already prepared food from the refrigerated case at the counter. Reheating food should not take this long.

Went in for a late breakfast, and just missed it (they serve breakfast until 11am). Got the Turkey Cranberry Sandwich (GF bread) on the recommendation of the bubbly cashier behind the counter and was satisfied! I'm a small guy with a huge appetite and GF, so it is hard for me to find something to eat when I go out... More

I had lunch plans with a friend of mine who is a vegetarian. We were going to another restaurant for lunch but they were closed. My friend loves eating here so we met here instead. I haven't eaten here since about this time last year. We walked in and the guy behind the counter mentioned they just redid the menu... More

I had breakfast here during my trip in Anchorage this December. The service was very friendly and my food came out pretty quickly. I had pancakes, scrambled eggs and potatoes. The atmosphere was cozy and modern.

Welcomed immediately and treated very well. The price was friendly! Lots of seating. The menu has a lot for vegan and non. The atmosphere was busy and yet appealing. Artwork provided a cultural feel. I enjoyed it!

A coworker and I stopped here for breakfast after a Friday morning client meeting. The place was packed on a Friday morning. You order up at the counter and then pick a placard and they bring the food to your table. Huge and varied menu even for breakfast which would satisfy any diet. The food was very tasty and they...
