The food here is good. The salsa bar is nice to mix and match plus not having to try and track down a waiter. Its a little different setup than most mexican restaurants. Overall not bad, great in a time crunch.

Food is average in taste and quality. Service is fast (order at counter and pick up when ready). Ate here in 2011 when visited Anchorage and remember the food being better. Was a little disappointed this time.

This place reminded me of the authentic mexican food, that I in Texas. I had the tacos and the gorditas. The gordita is not a Taco Bell gordita, but an actual corn gordita stuffed with meat. Good stuff and it was smooth coming out!

Nice decor inside but the food was not good. No flavor. Steak tacos were served with barely any meat. I would not go again.

I love their beef tongue tacos they are the best! I also love their enchiladas and carne asada plates. There rice is perfect, I am super picky about my Spanish rice and love their flavorful rice.

If authentic is what you crave, I recommend TK. Always excellent service, quality food, never disappointing.

A little pricey and very gringo-ed but good none the less. Everyone said it was great, but I would say good at best.

I make a point of stopping in at Taco King at least once during an anchorage visit. This trip it was twice. I had the halibut tacos the first day and they were so good, I went back the second day for the same thing. Don't pass up the chance to try this place. Great food and not that pricey.

I was kind of shocked to be on business in Anchorage and finding a very good "authentic" Mexican place to eat. I have the carne asada tacos with beans and rice and it tasted like so many places I go to in Southern Cal.
