This is my best grocery shop in anchorage . I used to buy lot of Indian item and spices. Everything is really clean and even the worker over there are really helpful.

Enjoyed eating and shopping here - nice lattes. B&B host recommended and just a short walk from B&B. Like organic food choices - vegetarian buffet limited to salad.

Always go here for tuna poke. If you did not catch any fish, you can buy whole fish here and they will filet it and pack it for you. Great vegetables, fruits, meats, salad bar and prepared foods.

This is one of my favorite places to shop. They make their own sausages, poki (ohhhh man it's good), have buffet that is out of this world and inexpensive, a salad bar, fresh sushi and fresh lots of things from seafood to salad bar! Awesome place to eat because of the generous portions! It makes you feel like they are... More

I grew up here and love to return. A "comfort" place to get coffee(s) and a snack in the morning. Great deli with unique dips. Believe it or not, a good little Chinese to-go. Good breads and cheeses. You need to visit.

We went to get some fresh Halibut and I was surprised at the quality and quantity of fish at this small market. This market is not a grocery store so don't expect every brand and size of food item but it definitely had all we needed for our fish tacos from Halibut to mangoes. This place is a little pricey... The Midtown Market had fresh Halibut, King and Sockeye Salmon. As I was unable to fish on this trip they did the next best thing and packed me a travel box. They fileted and label each fish in a vacuum sealed bags. It was a great way to bring home some gifts for neighbors and friends.
