Looking for somewhere to have a meal and a drink after ending our cruise up the Alaskan coast, my wife and I came across the Glacier Brewhouse. Given that its name suggested at least one of those goals would be satisfied, we asked if we could get a table to have some food too. We were told it would be... More

This was a good stop for dinner. Pretty broad menu. After a week of AK fare, I opted for the pork chop with port cherries & chipotle mashed potatoes. Chop was cooked perfectly...neither dry nor underdone. The potatoes' heat accumulated nicely. The creme brûlée made a nice finish to the meal. Saw several getting pizzas.

We were in Alaska for a 2 week period for work. We stopped here for dinner a couple of times. Very good service and food. The beer selection is very good and they have a full bar. Their seafood is fresh and their entrée selections cover all dietary needs. This is a good happening place. On weekends definitely need a... More

We found this place with good food and beers on a way to the Coastal trail. We almost passed an entrance door because there is only a menu is listed on a side of door. Could not see inside restaurant/brewery. Inside is very casual atmosphere and open kitchen with nice smell of food. Staff were all very friendly and services... More

We waited 2 hours to be seated, the smell of the food was heavenly. The services was rushed. We enjoyed the home brewed Root beer otherwise it was not that good. I would never have waited as long as we did, but they hostess kept saying 10 more minutes.

We had our first dinner here of our staying in Anchorage. The waiter found us a place near the bar counter since it was quite full (a reservation is recommended). The food was really good as so was the beers. A nice place to stay and eat as long as you like to be among many many people.

Fast friendly service! The food was great and very affordable! The atmosphere was comfortable with very friendly staff. They brew their own beer onsite, and it is delicious!

Excellent food and good service; excellent ambiance. Not much to complain about here. There is a micro brewery on the property; I generally don't drink alcohol when away so can't say much about it, although I did have a bad experience here once and am sure it was the beer. A colleague felt unwell afterwards too and we ate different... More

Excellent place to eat; unique menu items, well prepared. Clean, fun atmosphere. Extremely popular (read: busy) but well worth it!
