Went in on a Friday night on my business trip and found open seats at 4:00. By five it was packed with no seats. Looked like locals meeting place and I could see why. Clean, great atmosphere, good food and brewery. I drank red wine. Had interesting g moment: Ordered clam chowder to warm up as it was cold and... More

While visiting the area, this place was recommended for fresh seafood. We all enjoyed something different. The seafood chowder was hearty and very good. The cheeseburger soup was disappointing. Each of us enjoyed our meal and included desserts with the orange cranberry cheesecake and crème brulee being two favorites but the peanut butter pie was good too. The cucumber-lime mule-jito... Glacier Brewhouse was recommended by the hotel... ate there once and it was good, tried to go back a second time and it was too busy and the wait was long. Should have called for reservations.

This is a very popular place so be sure and make dinner reservations. Everything was spot-on for our entire experience. We were a party of five and everyone had something different and we all enjoyed very much. I had the beef filet with grilled shrimp and it was fantastic! I also ordered the peanut butter pie for dessert and enjoyed... More

Dinner one night while we had drinks and appetizers on two other nights. Good solid food service and a nice open atmosphere. Very good beer selection and everything that was consumed (food wise) over three trips showed a very good consistency.

Attending The Nutcracker later that evening, we were wanting a restaurant downtown and we were not dissapointed. The food was very good, as was the service. This is definitely a place to return to.

Restaurant was full and we didn't have any reservation. but we were seated within 10 minutes. It was fully packed and noisy on a Friday evening but I guess that a norm atmosphere. Food was serve fast though it's crowded. Food is great for our standard,

This restaurant has great atmosphere, very good food and good microbrew. While we prefer the beer at Bear Tooth Grill, this beer is also good and the atmosphere is more upscale than the other microbreweries in Anchorage.
