Service was poor. Water never replenished and soup room temperature. They forgot my husband’s bacon on his sandwich as well. The side salad was nice and fresh.

Snow city café was my first meal during my trip to Anchorage. I came just before opening already a decent size line so plan ahead. There’s street parking parking lots and parking structure nearby. I was a little shocked that a breakfast for one person...was over $20. Perhaps that is normal for the area. Great tasting food though and I enjoyed Benedict immensely.More

Expensive for pancake/ eggs and a piece of sausage ($16). Overall, the cafe was fair; nothing exceptional. The prices were exceptionally high. Price for breakfast for 3 (mostly pancakes and eggs) $55! that did NOT include beverages, we had water. There was 2 adult meals...and a kid meal. I live in Anchorage now and will not go back.More

This place was awesome! We got there around 8:30am and had a party of 5, so we waited for around 10 minutes until a table big enough opened up. The service was awesome, the atmosphere was cute and unique, and the food was amazing! We...all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We got the crab omelette, classic and country eggs Benedict’s (you could mix and match 2 Benedict’s), the heart attack, and a farmers omelette and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The hash browns were delicious, too! And you definitely have to try the cinnamon rolls and sticky buns. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place for breakfast if you’re in the area!More

Locally sourced ingredients true to its description and inspires their menu. They do all they can to support local. They support local artists as well posting their art around restaurant. This was my first visit after years of being a former resident and avoiding eateries that I thought was “touristy”. Boy! I had been missing out. We had an early Sunday breakfast and parked right outside. We were seated right away. The restaurant was bright,...clean and spacious. I ordered a “Sludge” coffee that our server brought out in a Pilsner glass…odd because they had plenty of paper cups. Maybe they were trying to save the paper as an environmentally conscious option? He had: egg Benedict. It was delicious. The hollandaise was light and the hash browns were hot, crispy and plentiful. The Canadian bacon was sliced THICK and very flavorful. She had: the country eggs Benedict (and we shared each others plates). The homemade biscuit was soft and delicious! Everything needed more salt and they had a large hot sauce bar diners could choose from. Very fun!More

I did not try a gluten free meal. However, the menu is marked with many, many items that can be prepared as a gluten free entree. I venture that any gluten free option would be tasty. I ate at this restaurant 4 times... More
