Good coffee bar, great people watching, after waiting forever for our lunch my Ruben came without sauerkraut.... When I asked the server she shrugged her shoulders and said we ran out. Out? Yes out, I tried to explain to her that a Ruben without sauerkraut was like a hot dog without the dog....she didn't get it... But the manager did... More

Popular breakfast spot for locals and visitors, large menu selection includes reindeer sausage for the brave. I had excellent eggs florentine, perfect sauce. Others enjoyed build-your-own omlettes. Good coffee too. Flawless service. Highly recommend.

Total cafe, but great breakfast/lunch/brunch place for which I had multiple unsolicited recommendations. Great start to any/everyday in Anchorage. Decent food choices and authentic flavors too. Again, due to popularity and peak hours, it was extremely busy and the wait was long. Still, don't let it dissuade you. The food made up for it.

We traveled from Seattle for a quick 3 day weekend in September, after the rush tourist season. We tried this on the TA recommendation, thinking that it wouldn't be that busy. We were wrong on that point as it is still quite a popular locals spot for Saturday morning breakfast. But, it was worth the wait. Big and hearty breakfasts... More

Excellent place to have your breakfast and meet the locals. Food is delicious. Waiting time is about 45min yet if you come alone you can take one of free bar chairs, which is great.

I like brunch here but I don't visit often because it can get busy on weekends. I love their salads, eggs benedict and other breakfast entrees. Service is fast once you get seated.

We stopped in after 8:00 a.m. on a Monday as I couldn’t get a reservation. Reservations are taken for 25% of the restaurant. The wait for 2 people was a mere 20 min. So sit in the waiting area, check out the menu and meet your dining neighbors. The service is very amiable, and it’s close to the Captain Cook... More
