I really love Arctic Roadrunner. Both locations are clean and decorated with an unique and fun Alaskan flair. The 2477 Arctic Boulevard location is the original restaurant and my personal favorite. I've eaten here so many times and have never ever had a bad experience. I am always sure to bring out of town family and friends to the Roadrunner... More

Great food, great atmosphere, great prices this is a most definitely not a grease pit or another chain restaurant of pre-made burgers

Craved a good burger, so decided to come here. It was good and fries are fresh not frozen! Interesting photos and stories of Alaskans who have been customers since the 60's.

There must be a good reason this place keeps getting voted best burger in Anchorage year after year. Cheapest place with great food you will find in all of Anchorage. An old dive ambiance with just the right size portions and the food is just plain good. The place has an amazing local character. The walls and ceilings are covered... More

My expectations were high due to the rave reviews, but to be honest I wasn't really impressed. My burger tasted okay. The meat had an almost freezer type taste to it. The variety of toppings was good. I had the Bacon Cheeseburger with fries. The fries were hot & fresh and thick. For three adults with three burgers with combos... More

This restaurant was recommended to us from a resident we visited with on the plane to Anchorage and we weren't disappointed. The burgers are large and handmade and very good. The fries are a large enough portion to share for 2 people. Two cheeseburgers, one order of fries, a water and an iced tea was around $18. There is indoor... More

We had heard about this place and gave it a try. Very good!! My wife ordered the halibut sandwich and I, the beef brisket sandwich. Both were very good but the halibut sandwich was better!! You order at the counter and take a table until they call your number. Lots of condiments to go with your food on a bar... More

Amazing burgers and onion rings. Great to find local establishment with such longevity and atmosphere. Best burger I've had in a long time.

The food here is great. The decor on the walls and ceilings is what sets this place apart. We found the atmosphere very enjoyable.

One visit and I was hooked! When I first visited on a weeknight it wasn't to busy and an gentleman asked me if this were my first visit. When I told him, "Yes," he suggested just trying the hamburger. While my wife, daughter, and I waited for our food this gentleman came by and talked to us and we found... More
