Oh wow that's some good bread. The sandwiches are phenomenal anchored by some seriously good bread. The cookies are humongous and delicious. All around fabulous choice and worth the carbs!!

We had been looking for a great sandwich on fresh baked bread, and we found it here!! Husband got Chugach Rustic and I got Parmsean Basil Rustic, both to die for. He even got loaf for the road. If in Anchorage you must try! They let you taste test a large slice of your choice when you come in the... More

Located in midtown, this is a great place to buy baked goods, especially bread. A perfect place to have a light lunch and to have a mid morning/afternoon coffee/tea break. Be sure to try the ample free samples of the day's breads.

If you're looking for a fresh baked, seriously yummy, piece of bread then don't pass up this place! It's a bit pricey but for the flavor it's more than worth it. Visit, purchase, be thrilled! 'Nuff said.

The staff is always friendly and very attentive, and my special requests for my sandwich were accommodated. Reasonable prices, especially with the lavish free sample of bread as my appetizer. If you ever need... More

Stopped in with wife for a quick morning "date". The space was warm and cozy. The wait staff friendly. Coffee was vary good and breakfast - berry muffin was good and white chocolate pecan scone exceptional.

When we come to the big city we often go by Great Harvest for a few loaves to take home. The Chugach Rustic (sourdough) is a must, lately we have been getting the cinnamon chip. My personal favorite is the cherry chocolate. They make excellent sandwiches too. My only complaint is lately the past year they seem to be out... More
