Been here a few times and we live nowhere near this joint. Well worth the drive. IMHO this is the best beef brisket in the NW. Great sauces. Pulled pork sandwich was excellent as well.

Saw this place driving by and had to stop in...so glad I did. The food was delicious. I had the catfish sandwich, with potato salad as my side dish, and my friend had the pulled pork sandwich with beans. While he enjoyed his sandwich, I LOVED mine, especially the special sauce they drizzled over the catfish. It is called Slather... More

My partner and I came here with my Mom en route home from Vancouver. We needed a good stop to stretch our legs and fill our bellies. We had seen this establishment on TV and / of course / had to stop on in. Plus it was BBQ after a week up in Canada where we had had copious amounts... More

The two large ovens should have been a signal we wouldn't be getting real bbq, but we tried it and found it to be mediocre food. We all had different main courses and none were thrilled. I had to change my order because they ran out of turkey..how do you run out of a major menu item? The staff was... More

This place is amazing!! Everything is so fresh & the flavors are fantastic! Sweet potato fries with the slaw, jalapeño casserole, ribs....I could go on & on, but those are some of my favorites. If you like BBQ, you'll love this place!

I've been here a few times, but the quality of food varied... Most of the time, the food is pretty good though. I like the pulled pork sandwich. The pulled chicken sandwich was spicy and I wasn't aware of that so I didn't like that... I heard the fried green tomatoes were good so I'll give that a shot next... More

The Pig Iron BBQ and adjacent Slim's Last Chance are becoming our new favorite eateries in Seattle. The BBQ from The Pig is amazing and the Chili/Jalapeno Mac-n-cheese from Slim's are and outstanding can't miss!!
