We're talking good bakery, ppl! Their sweet and savory are all mouth watering. I haven't been successful to find a place to sit in both of my visits cz it's always full!! I would still go and recommend it to everyone! Please save a tart for me!

My cousin in West Seattle first introduced me to this bakery. The space reminded me of the old cafes I frequented when living in Europe a long time ago. The edibles were delightfully delicious! I was beyond happy when a Bakery Nouveau opened up in Capital Hill, closer to my home, and I frequent it weekly. There is a selection... More

My favorites are the ham and cheese sandwich, twice baked croissant and their bread pudding. Oh and the carrot cake.

Hands down, the best bakery in Seattle. We come up here from Burien for their cakes, cookies, and sandwiches. My husband, a chef, is in love with the Junction sandwich, which is made in their house croissant. We're in trouble: they're building a second, larger location in Burien now!!

"Pistachio-Cassis" Go try it with all the other phenomenal treats available at Bakery Nouveau - yeah, there's lines [depending on when you go] but the freshness of the baked goods will always keep you going back for more!

My daughters and I set out to determine which bakery bakes the best croissants in Seattle. For several weeks in a row we headed out on Sunday morning to sample the offerings of a different bakery. Each week my daughters would sample the chocolate croissants while I would sample the plain. After many bakeries visted and croissants consumed we had... More

I'll use any excuse to reward myself with a trip to this REAL DEAL French bakery. Their almond croissants deserve 5 Gold Stars! I'm sure others have their favorites, too. BON appetite.

Yummy sandwiches, cookie, and pastries. The eating venue is small so I get to go. I have never bought a cake but a fellow customer has and said they make the best chocolate cake ever. The cakes are beautiful.
