Purple Café has great atmosphere and great service. Food is very delicious and the price is reasonable. Reservation is recommended. I had the veal and pancetta Bolognese pappardelle with parmigiano-reggiano, sage and I enjoyed every bite of it.

We had an excellent meal in this busy and trendy venue. Our server was excellent, and the food was delicious, especially the dates stuffed with Roquefort cheese. The wine list was extensive - and expensive. Despite the cost we enjoyed our visit thoroughly and would...More

The chicken liver mousse is incredible. This is my favorite spot in Seattle for a glass of wine to catch up with a friend. Selection of wine is huge, food is delicious and reasonable prices.

Had lunch here. Food is good. Not overly large quantity but enough. Food was fresh. Service was good. Location is convenient.

Went for Happy Hour. The food was just okay. The bartender was not friendly and I heard him say something snarky about a couple that just left. Was not impressed.

We were at Purple Cafe this past Saturday, we arrived around 9:45pm after struggling to find another place to eat as the city tends to closer early. We were rapidly seated and the waiter came to bring menus and water. So far so good, however...More

After arriving late from the airport and booking into the Fairmont Olympic we decided to investigate the area and find something to eat before going to bed. It was pure luck that we came across the Purple Cafe, literally 3 minutes walk from the hotel....More

This place is a touch overrated, it has 100s of wine to choose from...but not one sancerre! The cauliflower appetizer was tasteless, but sourdough bread was very good. Also, no Tito's...now I know this is a wine bar, but if I can't get a good...More
