Ate at Tavolata and truly enjoyed our meal. The wait staff was very friendly and efficient. The food was fantastic and the presentation was excellent. We sat outside and enjoyed the ambiance. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Neighborhoody type of place, always seems busy, and the reason is great pasta dishes. Consistent over many visits.

1st time diner in an Ethan Sowell restaurant. Met a friend form the east coast. Made reservations in open table. Super easy. Nice 1.2 mile walk from the Seattle ferry. Great atmosphere. Tasty drinks. To die for melt in your mouth pasta dishes. Highly recommend the smoked fish brushettA and the fresh tomatoes mozzarella and basil for apps. The ravioli... More

Bright, airy restaurant, the first room as a long communal table down the center with booths and tables on either side. Prompt, knowledgeable service. Menu has terrific choices of pasta as well as entrees. The pasta was tender and tasty. In fact, you get a couple of bags to take home (uncooked of course) with the bill. We were on... More

We had a good Italian meal here, but it is very noisy. The interior is eclectic and trendy. Large portions. Decent wine list.

Ethan Stowell continues to amaze. He is the owner/chef for several of Seattle's hottest restaurants. The restaurant is casual with an open kitchen. Tables are perhaps too close together and I wouldn't call it a romantic restaurant, at least not for those of us in the older generation (which at Tavolata means those over about 35.) The restaurant is a... More

This place has amazing Italian food. Visited over the Fourth of July without reservations and they got us directly seated with service over-the-top. The service was awesome the food was amazing and the menu had every choice you could want. Definitely try it out.

The menu offers a great variety of Italian food. We were a group of 3 and ordered very different dishes and all looked and tasted great.
