Barolo is a wonderful spot and among the very best Italian restaurants in Seattle. The menu is varied and well executed, and the service has always been excellent. As such, this place is usually busy and often booked out on a Friday or Saturday during prime time. Plan accordingly. Their bar is small and usually packed as well so you... More

Had heard a lot of good things about this location so decided to give it a try for a birthday dinner. The feel of the ristorante was very warming and romantic and very authentic all at the same time. The attire of guest ranged anywhere from jeans, sweatshirts and backpacks to men in suites and women in sparkly dresses. The... More

One of the best Italian restaurants I have been to in Seattle. A little pricey but well worth it. Outstanding food and service. Would return in a Heartbeat

We started with a glass of Barolo of course. We did several apps to graze and the charcuterie, local cheese and spicy pickled peppers were awesome! Then I had a light simple green salad with Parma shavings. Perfect. The veal Osso Buco over a Rissoto was so umami. Authentic Italian way. Great job folks!

Enjoyed a Sunday evening dinner on my Own. Martini was good. Had taste fresh soup. The highlight was the homemade pasta with lamb ragout. It was el Dante as it should be. Busy place and a bit noisy. Good dining experience.

A high-end restaurant whose excellent food and drink makes it a good value, Barolo offers richly authentic Italian cooking. It is on the street floor of an office high-rise in the booming South Lake Union neighborhood, a darkly-glimmering dining room and bar in the Italian contemporary spirit. My wife's veal scallopini and the fresh pasta with rabbit ragu were both... More

I was looking for a place near the Westin that had good food, smaller portions and wine. We three enjoyed our meals. Bread came with. Hub had $20 lunch special which consisted of a large salad and calamari and risotto . I had the octopus, fingerlings, veg. In lemon broth and friend had fish and veg. Hit the spot.

What a night to remember for my family. We go to Barolo on a yearly basis to celebrate my wife's birthday. Every year, the food and the service are amazing. However, this year, the team at Barolo went one step further which knocked us off our feet! They knew in advance that we were coming in for my wife's birthday... More

I feel like a couple of years ago I would've given these guys a 5 star rating. I brought my daughters here a couple months ago and it just lacked the pop! The food was good and their service is excellent. It just missed with all of us. The food is well prepared and good tasting.
