Walked straight in, sunny afternoon, seated inside and still had a great view of the snowy mountains. Service was very polite and helpful. Asked for some A1 and they suggested their own made salsa. No extra charge and it was delicious and the right choice. Fish tacos were so good that l am getting hungry just thing of them. Friendly,... More

This is the most bland, mediocre chain restaurant you can find touting Mexican food in the Seattle area. Big spoonfuls of bland mushy rice and beans made to look like generous dishes and tiny portions of bland-whatever your entree is. The drinks mirror the quality of the food. Little there but ice, sugar and a tiny touch of tequila. The... More

I have been to Cactus on Alkai repeatedly as we are locals - I think I may have reviewed them positively before. The food is really good, and for that I could have given them a 5. Our server was really nice, but had too many tables which caused us to wait a long time to order and get our... More

This had a different flavor to Mexican food than we were expecting. I could have gone back again and again - the margaritas were excellent too.

This was the best Mexican food we have ever tasted and the best restaurant we have visited in Seattle! The food was amazing, delicious and so full Of flavour. Our host Cassie was great!! Very friendly and joyful, making us feel very welcome. We had complimentary tortilla chips and salsa with guacamole. Mango Mojito for cocktail! Yum! For our meals... More

This is a perfectly good Tex-mex restaurant that will satisfy in every sense Tex-mex lovers, but it used to be an even Mexican food restaurant before it changed its name from tejas to cactus. But it is still a very good restaurant with good service and food.

Went here for Fathers Day and had a delicious meal with cocktails. The kids enjoyed a burritio and quesadilla. Husband had the seafood enchiladas. I had the sweet corn and prawn tamales, a special. Everything was full of flavor and was cooked perfectly. The margarita and paloma were equally delicious. There are changing tables in both the mens and womens... More

I took a friend out for a 'thank you' dinner. She recommended it and I was SO pleased with the suggestion. Everything was great. Interesting interior, varied and authentic menu, attentive and friendly service. I appreciated that the waitstaff was knowledgable and responsive to requests for modest changes, then let us alone to enjoy our meal. Everything we had was... More
