Always a great stop in Seattle, wonderful food (it is Washington Peach season), and of course the view of the fisherman's terminal.

The "go-to place" for friendly (and speedy) service, terrific view and great prices. Oh, and did I mention wonderful food (for freshness, selections and preparation).

Our waiter Oliver, was the best and made sure we made the right selections. The food was fresh and fabulous. Probably the best place we ate, on our 10 day vacation, in the Northwest.

Our last visit to Chinooks was on Father's Day and they had fresh Copper River Sockeye Salmon on the menu from Southern Alaska. Boy oh boy what a treat! It was roasted on an alder plank and finished with a smoked sweet red pepper beurre blanc sauce. Delicious! I am actually allergic to shellfish so it is wonderful to get... More

The food is wonderful and the service is great. Dine while looking at the ships that brought the fish in so you know you always ah e the freshest of fish. There is an outdoor dining option on days with good weather and it is fun to stroll along the dock to look at the boats.

On a sunny afternoon this is a lovely spot, looking out into the fishing harbor. Outdoor seating is pleasant as well, though our group of ten chose to be inside. We had one brave waitress for the table (Brynn) and she handled the group with grace and good humor -- no small feat with that many people packed into a... More

Chinook's is a decent fish restaurant. Its prices are a bit steep ($20s-$30s) for sub-awesome food, but the restaurant is worth it in two other ways. First, the location is wonderful. It is right on Fishermen's Terminal. Before or after eating, be sure to walk around outside to take in the sites, sounds, and smells of a terminal for commercial... More

We visited Chinook's for lunch -- wanted to find a place on the water and see if we could spy any Deadliest Catch boats. They had a giant bowl of fresh strawberries at the hostess stand -- delicious! They bring out tasty focaccia bread. I had planked salmon (not the Copper River, though it was in season). Delicious with a... More

It should come as no surprise that tourists throng this place, which is quite large and lacking in ambiance (great water view, though). The women's restroom is right next to a fish monger's shop: STINK-OH. Oh, and tour buses stop there all at the same time and everyone gets off queue for the bathrooms. Drinks were just OK. However, our... More
